I used to run every day even in the pouring rain, but now my knees are telling me it wasn't the best thing to do, I should have listened to my inner lazy self though I still go to the gym and do sports, pickleball and long-range biking and hiking are my favorite. Be kind to your body, it will thank you later, but I hope you at least had fun.
@RCodyWanner4 ай бұрын
pickleball FOR LIFE!! but dangerous to play that in the rain for sure too! i def had fun!

Love it. Amazing determination. Coincidentally your video came on at the end of my rowing workout. I pushed a bit farther and kept going the extra five minutes, how could I stop while you were still going. Keep it up man.

oh snap that is awesome!! glad to hear it dropped DURING your workout!!

Quite possibly the best video you ever created. You're a beast.

Best thing my mom did for me growing up was get me alarm clocks without snooze buttons. Also, you're a beast. That bar is hard enough with sweat, I can't imagine with rain.

there were only 3 times i thought is was about to slip out of my hands haha part of the reason i started just dropping it at the end (the other part was cuz i was tired 😂)

That crossfit games body is coming in nice bro, you'll be ready in no time. I saw some of the SF guys entering the Asia region while we were in Afghanistan at 1 mile altitude... the weights got up to 155lb and I'm pretty sure it was starting weight 95lb...increasing each round by 10lbs so 10 thrusters and then 10 burpees (with at least 8" jump with measurement) in between. I just knew I wanted nothing to do with it.

My god man. I hope you are ok today. I once climbed 125 flights of stairs in my house. Worse decision ever. All to prove I could do it.

That’s wild Cody! How much weight was that? 145 or what are we talking about here? Love how you pushed through the rain, and serious rain at that.

I admire your dedication Cody, and well done for doing this. But doing that in literally a monsoon seemed pretty dangerous if the weight would have slipped out your hands. Be careful dude!
@RCodyWanner4 ай бұрын
thanks Paul!! I agree, i had to become super aware of how the bar felt in my hands on the way down, especially near the end -- it was much easier to drop the bar at chest height as opposed to control it all the way to the ground!
@pauljakeman4 ай бұрын
@@RCodyWanner hey no worries man, I’m definitely not taking away from what you’ve done. Of course you knew how much in control you was. But near the end I was thinking “please don’t hurt yourself, please don’t hurt yourself” 😂 What can I say, I’m a worrier 😂

Тебе нужно было 15 минут разделить на желаемое количество повторов и посчитать сколь секунд у тебя на 1 повтор. Раз ты этого не сделал значит ты и не пытался победить
