What’s wrong with emotion? Do Taylor’s version, not the live. Please. Emotional, yes. Absolutely stunning, yes. I’m one of those requesting it. Ronan. I often write Ronin as it’s a grandson of mine’s name. Just beautiful and it shows Taylor’s truly beautiful heart.

As a fellow archer, I can really appreciate Taylor's honesty, natural humor (she enjoys making fun of herself), and Sagittarian clumsiness / lack of "internal GPS system"....it's not easy being half human and half horse. I'm looking at myself in her but she is truly her star sign....that explains a lot, lol. ♐😍😘

The Monologue Song was from when she hosted SNL years ago. I saw an interview with Seth Myers where he talked about it. He said they all expected it ti be hard to come up with a monologue for Taylor, but at the first meeting at the beginning of the week, Taylor said, “Well, I wrote this song …” and it was the whole monologue.

Make it easy on poor Luke. Luke, here are some links. Also, some background: Taylor broke up with Jonas, and was dating Taylor Lautner in summer to fall of 2009. VMA incident 2009 happened. SNL then had Taylor, then Lautner hosting the Show! Lautner was in Twilight at the time as a werewolf. Many people didn't notice, but Lautner was her boyfriend _and_ the presenter for the VMA award to Taylor the night West took her mic. There, now you should get why both of them are really good; and why the music video is truly iconic. (Lautner does his own stunts). Seth Meyers Gives Props to Taylor Swift for Writing Her “SNL” Monologue //Howard Stern Show kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5aTg6WbaJqrpqs Taylor Swift Monologue Song - SNL kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWPXqJaJe76fqpI Monologue: Taylor Lautner on Failing to Stand up for Taylor Swift at the VMAs - SNL kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5PQoKiOi9aqfMU Taylor Swift - I Can See You (Taylor’s Version) (From The Vault) (Official Video) kzbin.info/www/bejne/oofOfH-caal2pJo should be more than enough for a Tuesday. Edit, oh, The two Taylors were filming Valentine's Day then, too. On set, both kept responding anytime someone called out Taylor, so TS told them to call _him_ Taylor, and _her_ Swiftie. She told the story in an interview; and the fanbase claimed it forever.

@@robertthompson7242 That's a great summary but you forgot the final strange fact. Lautner met ANOTHER Taylor, and married her. So they are both Taylor Lautner. And his wife is a total Swiftie too, and had zero issues with her husband being in the recent "I Can See You" video. She was happy because she got to meet Taylor Swift!

I understand you want to listen to Taylor's entire discography, and I know that you react to things for a living, but you don't owe us your peace. I think no one would be mad if you listened to Ronan off camera. It's a stunningly beautiful song, but it is a gut wrenching. If you do still want to try to react to it, just know that you don't need to ever post it if it is too emotional for you. Protect your heart however you need ❤
@F1Swiftie6 ай бұрын
These are all the things I was thinking, too. I also recommend having something like this Taylor Funniest Moments video queued up to play after. I’m the same with crying about nearly everything: big moments, sad things, happy things, certain lyrics, etc. I also have two young kids. I heard Ronan for the first time as I was walking through the grocery store. I wasn’t prepared. It wrecked me. I think enough bad thoughts of things that could happen to my kids - this was …. I love that Taylor wrote this song, and I have listened to it. 3 times. Once was when my 10 yr old daughter wanted to hear it bc I always skip it. She understands now. I hope that someone has summarized the lyrics so that it’s not a blind surprise reaction. Going in prepared is my advice. ❤
@Allison-213806 ай бұрын
I agree with all of this. I don’t have any kids and it guts me every time I hear it. I think the best thing is to film a reaction and if it’s too much just never post it. Or just listen to it on your own. You’re not required to share absolutely everything with us viewers. I personally would never recommend that song to people for a reaction piece. It’s beautiful but a lot.

Pausing here at the intro to say, if you're talking about Ronan--it IS emotional and will probably wreck you considering you have little ones. So my advice for that, since you want to listen to it is just: Don't do it as your first reaction of the day when you're recording. Save it for last so you can go downstairs and hug your boys after. Edit to add suggestions: If you're able to find good recordings of Taylor doing the acoustic set at Eras, there are a lot of fun mashups that she's come up with. I'm at work so I can't go searching, but I might try to find some later to leave!

@@kdnichols99 I’m so sensitive that it’s crippling. So perhaps that’s why I love it. I’ve lost a son as well and am deeply touched by Taylor’s big heart.

You are so ready for « You loosing me »! You managed TTPD so perfectly! But if you want something really different the lyrics video of « No body, no crime » is so perfect for a reaction video!

Ronan? It’s a beautiful song. Sad, absolutely but definitely worth a listen. ❤

I think it would be cool to just watch you go down a rabbit hole of searching and watching random clips, just go from one, to another, seeing things that catch your eye that is suggested - Sometimes, just unplanned organic watching can lead to hidden gems!

If you do Ronan, pair it with Soon you’ll get better. And recommendation: haunted from the speak now tour

@@anna.dreamer980yeah I figured they would be best paired together. As sad as they are; that’s sadly the reality for a lot of people and they’re sad but powerful songs. My friend just lost his mom to cancer and he stumbled across soon you’ll get better and he’s shook. He’s been turning into a swiftie lately and I’m glad her music is there for him 😭

I definitely think you should do Ronin when you feel you are ready. I cry every single time I listen to it and sometimes watch if I want a good cry. There are two versions people usually watch. There is a live version and the official Taylor’s Version lyric video. The live version is easier to get through but I personally love the lyric video version better even though it wrecks me every time. I like the suggestion someone else had to follow it up with something more upbeat and happy. I also think you should react to more of her SNL stuff and even though it’s not actually Taylor in the video I absolutely love Stephen Clobert’s story about meeting Taylor for the first time. It’s so sweet.

FRIENDS for LIFE! I know it has haters, and for good reason, but I freaking LOVE it. And to those who hate: Some Taylor recommendations: - the entire Saturday Night Live episode that she hosted (at least the sketches she's in). Please react to Ronan. Please help keep his name alive by honoring the song. This song is what made me fall in love with Tay as a person. I followed Ronan's journey and a big supporter for childhood cancer. To the point i do joint fundraisers with families that have a child with cancer making paracord awareness ribbon keychains. Seeing how Tay honors Ronan and his family still to his day is so beautiful. Just have tissues ready but definitely react to it and honor Ronan and keeping his name out there to show his loved ones he will never be forgotten through the words of Tay and Ronan's mom.

Ronan? If that's the song you're talking about, do it. Yes you'll bawl your eyes out but the proceeds go to cancer research. It's torture, but I think you're like me, in that sometimes it feels good to be reminded how precious our kids are. If that makes any sense.
