first dough
1 medium egg
150 grams of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
15 ml oil or melted butter (1 tbsp)
30 ml water (2 tbsp)

2 medium eggs.
200-230 grams of all-purpose flour and 1/2-1 tsp of baking powder.
40 grams of cold powdered sugar (special powdered sugar for sprinkling donuts).
35 ml of oil or melted butter.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp vanilla powder.
*The original recipe does not use baking powder, I added baking powder so that the inside texture is soft like a donut and the outside is crispy.
* Use cold sugar specifically for donut sprinkles in the 2nd dough if you want to get 2 colors like in this video. Previously I have tried using regular granulated sugar and the results are not good, the difference in color is not visible.
* Sprinkle with flour when rolling out the dough if it feels sticky.
* Heat the oil, then reduce the heat and fry slowly until golden while stirring.
