One of the best ball motions I've seen in a while. From every vid I've watched so far. Gotta say Darren the physical game is looking amazing. You can see that you're much more comfortable now with those changes from your lesson video. Crazy how much more relaxed you look, the extra 40-50rpms you gained look like no extra effort is being made.

Speaking on the 300 thing. I've been close three. My biggest problem is when I get to around that 10th-11th ball I start shaking when I step up. And I've never been able to get over that mental hump.

What would you recommend to increase speed of ball? I average 13.5-14mph with a 15lb, but it seems I struggle later in the night when oil cliffs and It begins to read too early.
