So delicious that I make this recipe with cucumbers every year. I canned such delicious pickled cucumbers every year. Salad of cucumbers with greens and spices turns out very tasty and fragrant, the pieces of cucumber remain crispy. How to preserve cucumbers for a long time, very tasty and convenient. In winter, open a pickle jar and enjoy this delicious dish. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
2kg cucumbers
2 hot peppers
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 clove of garlic
Parsely
Chop the vegetables in a blender
5 glasses (720 ml)
Bay leaf
Black Peppercorns
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
40 ml 5% (vinegar)

Bonjour, nous vous remercions de votre intérêt ! Ces concombres peuvent être consommés au bout d'une semaine. Si les couvercles sont fermés hermétiquement, ces concombres peuvent être conservés pendant un an et même plus à des températures allant jusqu'à +25. Un grand bonjour à la Belgique🤗❤
