@@KyleCortianaFishing all good thx. Had an early morning and watched the whole deal. How fun is that! I have had a couple of what we call sand boils at SB where it was lights out fishing for hours as they swarmed big areas. I have a 3 hour video of catching giants, it did not matter what we tossed.

@@KyleCortianaFishinghad to watch again, such a cool video. I don't fish bass much here in New Mexico, I like chasing big crappie. So if you're ever over this way, let me know. Nothing like fresh crappie fish taco's.

Winner! Good job! But you should have thrown a 1-oz spoon on 17# line and boat flipped every fish, your co seemed a little anxious with the net. Did he have time to catch anything or did you keep interrupting his fishing? 🤣 Did he take a tumble in the boat? I heard suspicious noises. I've done that a time or two, last time I hit a stump going sideways on pretty high and it laid me out lengthwise, luckily the boat bounced back from the stump so lengthwise wasn't toward the water, but it hurt. I fall out of rolling chairs too. Great tournament, way to adjust. It's hard to net your own fish isn't it.
@KyleCortianaFishingАй бұрын
Thanks man and yes he fell while traversing my ice chest I had in the middle of the floor! I kinda like netting my own fish but it’s nice having help on acrobatic smallmouth

I'm not sure I'd want that guy netting my fish whenever I'm about to win the biggest tournament I've ever won. I'm sure Kyle was a little nervous about that. Glad it worked out ok in the end
@KyleCortianaFishingАй бұрын
@joshuanewsome5298 I felt guilty for constantly asking for the net
@joshuanewsome5298Ай бұрын
@@KyleCortianaFishing No doubt. I would feel guilty as well. I would be as respectful as possible to my co-angler and try not to interfere with his tournament as well. My comment was meant to the fact that he seemed rather inexperienced. That’s all. I’ve had co-anglers that were inexperienced with the net and lost a couple fish that most likely would have been netted by a more experience. I can’t imagine having the pressure of such a large tournament to also be a factor
