I would speak to a divorce lawyer in her case. Since she's in school and he's paying for it now, it would be reasonable to ask for school to be paid for as part of the divorce settlement. It sounds like he's much more wealthy than her, so she's likely to receive a settlement that covers her degree. There's no need to keep putting up with unwanted sexual intimacy. Eventually he's bound to figure out she's faking it. This marriage likely wouldn't last 3 years in this fashion. I think she needs to come clean about what she saw and have an open conversation with him, whether the intent is to save the marriage or to leave it.

In a way, she is. Of course it’s pragmatic to stay and use the money, but her feelings don’t cheat her and she was literally vomiting when he touched her - and that’s what her body is trying to say. My husband paid for me to go to school for engineering as well. If he had cheated, I would make it known that I know and that he will pay for my college and we aren’t staying together. You can always negotiate that he pay for your expenses (including college) til a few months after you graduate. I lived with my ex who brought his cousin to live with us. I found out later that his "cousin" was his girlfriend who he got pregnant. Everything was under my name including a car he was driving. I didnt feel comfortable leaving and when i found out, he hid the car and made it difficult for me. Eventually i let it all go. He got me into over 100k in debt and i had to rob my car back. To stay and allow yourself to be lied to, to lie in return to all the people around you. The charade would be exhausting and it sounds like it is already breaking her down some. Move to a cheaper state/college and finish your degree. Look into scholarships, grants, etc. Get a good lawyer and start to prep.
