I actually recently failed a Nuzlocke in this myself. Made it all the way up to Sabrina before dying. Surprisingly it didn't take me as many attempts to get there though despite it not being a 'traditional' Nuzlocke, though I do use Potions so that might explain it. I would definitely say this is my favorite Drayano Rom hack so far and would really like to come back and beat it sometime with my rules.

Using potions in a nuzlocke really makes it easier, i mean with enough potions you could do it under leveled.

I remember the first time playing it myself. Literally needed like seven attempts up until Misty. After that I smashed through the game up to Sabrina and then got demolished. Anyway, Sabrina gets walled by one mon, obviously not gonna name it. Can't wait for the (potential) next video about FR O! :)

Oh wow. That's the exact same thing that happened to me. Well, except I never even made it to Misty until my best attempt, in which I got through her surprisingly easy thanks to Kirlia. By the way, it was a huge help in pretty much all of the Gym fights up to Sabrina for me thanks to Calm Mind.

You know on that 5th attempt I'm surprised you didn't lead Houndour. It resists the Ice Moves and is Immune to Psychic. So it walls Smoochum good and the Embers would just kill it. And where was Houndoom for that Magneton 👀

Sometimes Drayano makes locations like that different despite being in the same area. Ex. Blaze Black differentiates the trainer school from the town/city

20:05 you really overestimated Blaziken's speed, it's only 80 base points, even with level advantage is not enough to outspeed Jynx without EV investment

@@stellarknight04 iirc, Dragonite also has 80 base speed, so you basically sweep all 3 of them with Jynx. I actually think that Aerodactyl is Lance's scariest member of his team for that reason, Rock slide flinches or crits can absolutely kill your answer for those Dragonites (unless you also have an answer for Aerodactyl, but it's scary regardless)

@@simon3662 i forgot that in the changes doc it says that Jynx got +20 in all its stats and since I had nothing to switch I just clicked A with the Nevermelt-Ice to one shot it (you can never be too sure of killing with a Jolly) on another note his Charizard was terrifying, I switched Milotic onto it and it used Blast Burn which GLADLY and FORTUNETLY burned my Milotic because on the next turn where I should've used Surf I used Recover and it suprised me with Belly Drum, at that moment i was scared of wiping because I haven't slept the entire day before because of this game but luckily he used Earthquake which didn't kill because of Marvel Scale but it still did over half without a crit. Oh yeah i don't use docs because i don't like reading, i have the full E4 beaten saved in my phone and idk if i should upload it on youtube. Sorry for this whole longass thread but i love talking about this game. Also shoutout to the guarranteed Chansey in Two Island of the Sevii islands

Yea, Fire Red Omega was the first rom hack I beat in a HC nuzlocke. I chose Elekid for my first attempts but that fucking Jynx is the bane of my existence. First run I took Smoochum I won it. The buffs on that thing are gross.

What’s everyone favorite team? They may not be the strongest but my team has done well for me in the past. Each of these pkm have helped me on my adventure. Dragonite (Aegis) my all time favorite pkm I’m like Kaiba I always have at least one with me. Shiny Lucario (Anubis) took forever to hatch but when he evolved he always did work for me. Charizard(Blaze) OG starter what else can I say 😆 Espeon my mewtwo killer I bred one on speed and sp atk just to show my friends that I could beat them without any legendaries. Snorlax (Big Belly) idk why but I’ve always liked him. Never really used him during gameplay but he came in handy vs many of my friends. Ampharos (L’Oréal) ever since I caught this sheep/hybrid thing I liked it when it learned and used T-punch.

i loved fire red omega. it and liquid crystal were my intro to rom hacks. and playing through fire red omega led to me taking a liking to jynx. i used to feel super indifferent, bordering on dislike to it but using it as a starter made me like it (make sure you use swampert on your team if you do. that's the only solid answer i found to rival's magmar)
