😅 I used to put cauliflower, and put it in my mashed potatoes and I put gravy over it to get my kids to eat it. Funny my son now that he's older 🤣 says mom my mashed potatoes don't taste as good as your, and he doesn't know what he's doing wrong 😅. I finally told him that I used to mash cauliflower in his potatoes. He is 30yrs old now 😊❤from Milwaukee Wisconsin.

I make Cauliflower by boiling it whole just until tender. Turn it upright in an oven safe pan. Mix 1cup of mayo, salt and pepper and 2 cups of cheddar cheese and bake or broil until cheese melts and browns a little and serve. Looks like a sunshine. Yum. Also, I sent Tristan a gift to the Crazy Pieces post office box. I hope you received it.

I’m a mom of 3 with a very picky son and husband so any time I can sneak veggies into a dish I’ll do it. I have been watching what I eat, I’m down 13lbs because of it, and have a few dishes I make with low or reduced fat things and everyone made faces when I told them about it. I told them I would change it and make it with what they normally eat, but of course I didn’t lol. They all LOVED it!! I of course told them afterwards what all of the ingredients were and they were shocked something with low or no fat would taste that good. I just think we are creatures or habit and anything outside of our box we think we won’t like. I LOVE the gross to good series. It’s helping me learn a few more tricks in order to get my family to not only eat things they don’t like but also helping us to eat a little more healthy. Currently my middle daughter has had to go gluten/dairy free due to an intolerance, thank you by the way for opening my eyes on the difference between an allergy and an intolerance it has made a huge difference with my daughter and how we approach drs appointments as well as our questioning for the dr. So please keep those types of recipes coming. I appreciate you all 💜

Fry Spring onion, garlic, a green chilli with thyme in butter and a table spoon or 2 of oil, then add a teaspoon of dijon mustard or whole. Fry n mustard, mix it. Add a little flour to make a roux. Then gradually add milk add fresh cream till it gets thickenwd to a nice consistency. Add Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and salt jd pepper to season. Pour the homemade garlic, cheese and pepper sauce on top. Then grate cheddar and mozzarella cheese and bake in oven till golden brown

I'm from Indonesia and I love cauliflower. Here, we don't typically eat it with mashed potatoes. Instead, I enjoy incorporating cauliflower into various soups such as chicken soup (sop ayam) or beef soup (sop daging). I simply boil cauliflower with other veggies like carrots, potatoes, and spring onions in chicken or beef stock, and I add chicken or beef for extra flavor. There's another dish called Capcay that I like to prepare as my comfort food. It includes cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, chicken or seafood (shrimp, squid), broccoli, pok coy, onions, and garlic, all cooked with flavorful oyster sauce. It's a delicious and satisfying meal

I like cauliflower! I think it’s very versatile! I sometimes season it like wings, and then I have cauliflower wings, or I cut it into about half an inch thick slices put a little bit of oil on top and season it and put it in the oven to roast it! Or I cook it as a whole in water with a little bit of vegetable broth, then I put breadcrumbs and butter into a pan and roast is a little bit, so that I have roasted breadcrumbs, and then I put the roasted breadcrumbs on top of the cauliflower or I serve is with a herb béchamel sauce!

Wow! Tristan you nailed it with the cauliflower. The only way my family will eat cauliflower is with red chili. I clean the cauliflower (wash and dry) Blend egg whites till thick then add a few yolks and blend till smooth. Dip cauliflower in egg mixture and fry. Boil 6-8 chili puya 2-3 California chili 1-2 chili de Arbil for spice (optional- 2 cloves garlic 1/4 onion boil with chili’s) Put in blender, once it’s done pour in pan using a strainer to avoid any seeds in sauce. Add chicken bullion (KNOR) Mix and bring to a boil. Add cauliflower and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
