@@HiMyNameIsTeah I think they mean that it's unobtainable for most people. I mean it's inspirational that fitness influencers do this. They have athletic bodies and brains. My body is definitely not athletic and my brain is neurodivergent. The mood swings on this would be insane!. I would literally have to be committed to a psych ward. At my age, over 40, my body fat should be 23-33% and I have to take steps to deal with the perimenopause.

I absolutely ADORE all of your jewelry and I'm always looking for things with a similar vibe, but I can't seem to find anything that's of decent quality 😭 Looking forward to your next video! 🖤

Honestly, if someone feels like they've failed the challenge just because they ate ONE doughnut, even after admiting that they feel way better physically and mentally, and that they will do the challenge all over again, to anybody whatching this, this is obsessive. It's just one doughnut, doesn't take away from everything else.
@miasayoko5 ай бұрын
Well… technically I did fail the challenge… rules are rules. Also, it wasn’t just the donut, it was my slacking those previous days and overall mindset I was in that I was disappointed in… and THAT caused me to eat said donut.. Off challenge, I happily go for 5+donuts on the weekend with my friends regularly …But obviously I’m going to be bummed that I “failed” a challenge, its inevitable considering how much work I put into it, and into this video. On top of it, I planned on doing this challenge twice, months before doing it the first time. Why? Because I knew I would love it. I find it so much fun, and tbh isn’t far off from my normal routine. Im learning great lessons and it’s not obsessive for me personally. It may be to some folks, I’m well aware. Restriction, and disciplined daily workouts CAN be bad for a lot of people.. In fact I wouldn’t even recommend this challenge to most people who aren’t mentally or physically prepped. But I spent YEARS healing my relationship with food & teaching myself discipline in the gym. i wanted to do thus challenge FOUR years ago in covid, but I knew that with where I was at at that time, it WAS going to be toxic for me. It took me four years to get here, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. Im the healthiest physically and mentally, as well as the most confident, version of myself that I’ve ever been. If thats obsessive, then thats fine by me. I understand your point of view completely, but I do have to disagree on my own behalf.

@@miasayoko Girl me too! What you did is clearly something to be proud of! And if you feel like you did more stuff we didn't see on the video that made you feel like you failed the challenge, then I can undertand you feeling like you failed it. What I'm trying to say is that there no exam, challenge, etc. in life were you need to be %100 perfect (well, maybe open heart surgery), so theres no need to be perfect! What I am trying to say is that you (or anybody) shouldn't feel bad because you didn't make a perfect challenge, because you made it excellent. And of course, if you have fun doing this, go ahead. But also remember that a lot of people watch your videos, a lot of them I'm sure are very young and impressionable, so they might feel like they are not doing enough when that is not true.

It’s a challenge not a lifestyle. The guy created it doesn’t ever suggest people should be like this all the time. It’s a mental toughness challenge. A lot of people will try to cut corners and justify doing things that you know aren’t good for you and that’s the point of the challenge. It’s supposed to be inconvenient and try to rewire your thinking. The challenge itself calls for you to follow a meal plan but never tells you what one. It’s up to your discretion. If you can work a doughnut into your meals then you can.

I want to try this 75 day challenge, but the thing is, I struggle with is consistency and that I can't go to a gym, since I'm a minor and that I struggle to gain weight and I struggle with seeing the the number of the scale go up,but I'll try this challenge and will update this! Hopefully I can complete this challenge! Wish me luck
@Starfang_Wanderer2 ай бұрын
Keep in mind as well, as a minor, your body is going through some of the biggest hormonal changes of your life! Weight and energy fluctuation is completely and totally normal. I wish someone had told me that when I was younger personally. Try a soft challenge, like a warm up, if you're worried about consistency. Start with small implementations, Mia has a great video on how she changed her life with starting with a goal and specifics of that goal. Figure out the person you want to be, what their life looks like, what time they get up, what morning and evening routine do they have, are they kind to themselves? Growing up is basically parenting yourself in the way you need to be parented lol. Good luck! Hope this old lady could help
@LuLu-78024 ай бұрын
I'm definitely going to have to try this challenge. It does seem a little extreme, especially with the no cheat days and having to restart. But I think for someone like myself who easily gets addicted to sugar and garbage food, this might be a great idea. To help get me on the right track. Thank you for this video

For those wondering the challenge is suppose to help you understand routine and consistency. If you wish to do this challenge then here is a modified option that is also effective where you can get the same or better result with smarter time and output 1 diet is temporarily. Focus on eating lifestyle could what ever you choose from vegan to meat eater, keto etc as long as you get your nutrients. It's also fine to eat more as your body exerts more energy from your workouts and active lifestyle as this is natural since your body is adapting to your new energy output. Body needs fuel so the more you put out the more the body will store fuel as well as use nutrients for recovery 2 a gallon of water is not necessary. While hydration is important the other key factor that gets missed out is electrolytes. So just add lemon and salt. This helps with blood flow to muscle and brain to help reduce fog, muscle stamina, as well as consistent energy flow 3 you can have no cheat meal however if you do decide to have cheat meal then look at healthyalternative substitute. Ex have a sweet tooth have dark chocolate or avocado smoothie. Feel like a bag of chips switch to popcorn, feel like snacking in between then have carrot sticks with hommous etc 4 does it have to be 45mins for the second workout. Ex you can do 20 morning mobility or 10 mins dynamic warmup followed by 3 dynamic stretches. This will still kick-start your metabolism as well as get your body and mind active 5 nothing much to change here but read something that that can help build your skill Ex cooking. You will be surprised at how fast you can read and retain information within 10 mins 6 daily photos is fine as it will show you the after results in a certain period of time. This however is more effective once you follow through with number 2 and 4 (The modifications I suggested). Usually its very hard to spot the difference as most of the time the changes are in a microscopic level. You should include a journal on how you feel and what you can do to help you improve better because people start to feel different within two weeks while physical changes start inwards before appearing outwards. Good job on the 75 day challenge and hope it helped you understand following a routine

It's always funny how things come back around. I first saw this circulating on KZbin in January of 2020, and I have been interested in doing it since (with different modifications as needed because I know for some people, this could be too restrictive and have consequences). As the years have gone on I've had medical problems and a lot going on at work, and I've completely lost my consistent fitness routine. Hoping one day I can get back into it.
