I’ve been mixing Nancy’s probiotic whole milk cottage cheese with some Wildbrine organic sauerkraut and dipping my steak in it as well as eating it with other proteins like sardines and it so good! It’s a great dipping sauce

Impressive self-discipline! Just be mindful to not follow anyone's generic system too dogmatically. 0:37 that guy's 75 Hard plan doesn't seem big on nuance or personalization. Glad it works well enough for some "soft mutherfukkers." haha I'd just try to get any health advice validated by more science-based sources, or credentialed experts who study health science and are accountable to some ethical oversight committee. Especially if it's health advice you're going to do as a routine. Some advice may sound inspirational with simplistic clarity, or appeal to our (limited) intuition. Like to workout twice every day and drink a 1 whole gallon of water every day... But when it comes to personal health, there's no one-size-fits-all answers. Hydration needs are going to depend on our body size as well as the heat and humidity of our environment. People do get hospitalized from drinking excessive water and diluting electrolytes... but IDK the specifics like your MD could tell you. ✌🏼

6:09 old vid but I wanted to say that I needed to hear that. The social pressure to eat 5hongs you know are antithetical to your goals for the sake of not being looked at weird ot judged is a but problem for me in my journey so thank you for sharing this experience.

any advice for increasing protein when u have high cholesterol? i already opt for lean cuts of white meat, eat v little red meat, and try to get in the plant-based protein where i can. i want more protein, but i knw i cnt have more meat (at least, not w my health rn). i also eat cholesterol-free eggs, maybe jst more of tht?
