I been on carnivore for a month now. Lost 12lbs, no aches and pains at all. I can run up the stairs! I’m in my 40s and a lot of my strength returned. I only eat meat, a little cheese with my burger or eggs, I eat lots of eggs, water and clean tea or black coffee. First two weeks was hard because I was adjusting, but afterwards I felt absolutely great and still do. I sleep awesome too! Try it folks! Carnivore is a real thing.

Popcorn is the gateway carb. The only thing good about popcorn is the butter and salt you put on it. Beef Jerky may be the solution to the movie night snack problem, if you make your own without any sugar in it. The store bought stuff is either expensive, or has a bunch of junk in it, or both. You know you want to buy a dehydrator anyway, so you can make pemmican, which is the ultimate survival food.

I also started the carnivore diet just over 3 months ago and can agree with you, it heals! Then we try to enter plant food and sugar, and yes, it really can knock one back. Same for me, I ate sweets and was down for 2 weeks. The payback was so nasty and definitely not worth the enjoyment of an hour of eating carbs. Congratulations on the diet awakening. It's a learning process that in the end pays off big time as we stay the course🥰

It's something called insulin resistance that involves converting sugars to glucose that upsets the body balance. Insulin is a hormone that regulates all cells in the body and if cells aren't happy, we aren't either.

Was keto from June of last year, lost some weight, and then leveled off before Christmas. "Cheated" a bit at Christmas, and then gained a few pounds which then didn't come off and thus went to carnivore, for almost 2 months now, and have not lost any weight. About 2 weeks ago, I had some canned soup with noodles, and my weight came down a few pounds to pre-Christmas levels. Still haven't lost any other weight, and have not experienced any benefits since last fall.

The healing a person experiences on this way of eating is just mind boggling. It doesn't only fix the issues you have (mine is severe eczema), it also improves your overall health. Better BP, low triglycerides, high HDL, better blood sugar, less visceral fat, NO BLOOD SUGAR CRASHES, and NO CRAVINGS. I came to this way of eating by gradually eliminating everything that made my brain go into addiction "You need to eat something right NOW" mode. I have only found a very few plants based items I can eat: small amounts of lemon juice, coffee and green tea, and small occasional -only glasses of dry wine.

I have a great idea for all the people on the keto or carnivore way of eating. I ALWAYS keep loose powder activated charcoal on hand. I buy mine from Belle Chemical from coconut shells. Over the last six years of eating keto-carnivore, I still will indulge with a dessert or if I am out with my husband and eat something quite contrary to my way of eating, this has saved me!! Once I get home I fill up a glass of pure water and put in 2-3 heaping teaspoons of loose charcoal powder and slowly mix it up with a plastic spoon or fork, and drink it down. Do not use metal. It binds to toxins and negative things in the digestive tract. I consider processed food, oxcylates from plants and sugar toxins and it works wonders on cleaning it out of the body. You also can find activated charcoal capsules. IT WORKS!!

Oh my~ yes! Once the body gets cleaned up, it truly is a disaster when we put unhealthy things into them. Reminds me of an alcohol "hangover"~ not proud to say I've had those in the past, but I surely did. Takes nearly a week to feel right again, & it surely is not worth it either! Amazing to discover that junk food products are just as damaging as alcohol to our health~ so grateful for finding this way of eating a few years ago. Cannot imagine ever eating any other way, & firmly believe the Lord led us right to it. In fact, I've been doing an informal poll this past year, asking folks if they feel God intervened, answered prayer, or in some way led them to a meat based way of life. The overwhelming response has been "YES", from every single person who has answered~ so very encouraging. We know that God is concerned with every single detail of our existence, so of course how we fuel these willing vessels is important to Him as well. I admit I've been a bit daft in this area over the years, yet the more I study His Word, the more is revealed~ of course. Love that you're sharing this part of your life on your channel, & pray that every effort continue to be blessed, protected and multiplied- in Jesus' name, Amen. ~Samantha in AZ

I just love your Scriptures at the end...not intrusive or pushy at all. The Psalms and Proverbs are two of my favorites but I love the entire Word of God and read from it every single day and it is also a life-changer (like carnivore). Thank you for sharing and I'm encouraged by. your testimonies regarding carnivore. I haven't been as strict with it as you are and I believe I need to tighten it up and so I will. Thank you so much and I may just check out your products for the cast iron skillets. I purchased a couple from Lodge? And need to take care of them. 🙂

I'm not even on any diet but can tell one thing I'm not a sugar eater. I found myself in the same predicament, murder on the guts , Should have never eaten the cake 🎂. Had a bad reaction to it, guts in pain for 3 days as well, kidney hurting. Wasn't getting any better, then I remembered something, I learned. So on my 4 th day, the time I got up in the morning I completely ate nothing for 24 hours and only had water . All the fever and pain left and no more pain in my kidneys crazy how your body is telling you it doesn't need what you put into your stomach. If I want anything sweet it's fruit only,

BZ, Brother in Christ YESHUA! The effects after only that much of the sweets, now think of what it does if you are pumping your body full of those toxic substances continuously over days, weeks and years - people who haven’t really tried carnivore don’t understand. Anyone can get started… as my Dr told me, just “eat meat like it was your job” to get started and then your body settles into what you actually need, which for me is only about 1.5 pounds per day, usually only one meal per day. No sugary drinks - unsweetened tea (yes, I know, almost unbelievable being a Southerner, but I feel so much better 😂). I eat beef, local raised, grass fed - find a local shop where you can get that. I avoid chicken, which has some negative characteristics. Sometimes I do fish, but usually, beef, and it ends up being less expensive, and even if it weren’t, I feel so much better, it’s worth it… and off all those daily drugs!!

once you get off sugar for about a month, you lose the craving. that's one hard addiction to break. as steven noted, he didn't enjoy eating the sweets, it was just something to ''throw in his mouth''. i am very keen on avoiding any product that has corn syrup or sugar. i allow myself fresh apples, bananas, and berries. but sugar added to food is a deal breaker. it's hard to go out to eat at a restaurant anymore. btw, 100% cocoa baker's chocolate is sugar free, and can give you a choc fix loaded with all the fiber and nutrients choc contains.

@@margaretpollard2179 yes, processed foods in a box must be avoided. i cook almost everything myself from simple ingredients i know are safe to eat. yes, my diet is limited and people think i am crazy, until their pre-diabetes, bp, shortness of breath, etc kicks in. even then many choose to go on insulin, have the bypass, start the kidney dialysis, and become chronically sick and disabled. i choose a simple diet instead of these consequences. even the intermittent fasting becomes quite natural as you progress and adapt.

@@margaretpollard2179 i am almost like stephen, last april i quit sugar and have lost 30 lbs in 6 months. (178 to148) i did not think i was fat at all, but i had just found out about how insidious sugar is to eat. the pounds rolled off at an amazing rate. i had been trying to lose 5 lbs for 20 years and could not do it despite exercising, bike riding, walking every day. i started with juicing after watching the movie (on yt) "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead'' but have now found it has as much sugar as a coke, so i quit. then i found how bad sugar is thanks to Dr. Robert Lustig. also how much the food industry and congress have colluded to mislead the public in so many ways. you need to watch Dr. Lustig talk about it. so i quit sugar. then i found out about keto. so i have adopted keto, intermittent fasting, and changed it somewhat into plant based. i do eat beef fish or chicken once a week, but not for every meal as in carnivore. i watch carbs but not a strict as keto suggests, i still eat raw oats every day, and i have dried cranberries everyday, which contain sugar naturally in the fruit. (i don't eat the ''added sugar'' crans). i eat a lot of eggs and soups i make once a week and freeze portions for meals throughout the week. i have even started growing my own vegs, (first garden was last year) thanks to watching james prigioni and tucker on the gardening channel. i should have started years ago.

This gentleman here reads from the bible and it is the bible in the book of Genesis that tells us what to eat and what not to eat! I have been somewhat keto for some time and went from 300 to 200 and I am around 235 now but I have to have an operation for a colon problem and a colonoscopy since I never had one since I have sleep apnea and don't want to be put to sleep. Be careful and talk to your dr before you start a diet like carnivore. That's all I am saying! Goodluck to everybody! Last time I will come on this channel...he has gone from cast iron to haywire!!
