Mm we did rock up on the day to book at the store directly and then proceeded to explore Harajuku for the day until the reservation. I would recommend either calling them if you have a number or sending an email [e-mail] or try reaching out on their insta: instagram.com/owl_village_fromharajuku/?hl=en Sorry can't think of any other options :(
