I Colonized Old Valyria in CK3 AGOT

Hey! I modeled the royal courts for the Valyria mod with input and some assets from the other people on the dev team over there! The second court with the giant dragon (and believe me, he is absolutely massive) is actually in the mod now if your capital is set in the Kingdom of Lokiria which is the set of islands to the west of Valyria itself. We even added another court for the Kingdom of Lyria on the islands to the East in the most recent update. We plan to have a customized court for each of the Kingdoms in the Empire of Valyria as time goes on much like the custom courts for the main AGOT mod's kingdoms. We're so glad that you and everyone else is enjoying the work that is being put in for this mod. 🙂

Fantastic mod. I would add an event where you find Brightroar and the remains of King Tommen and giving the player the decision to give them back to the Lannisters getting either a lot of gold, a strong hook that or an alliance with them.

Daemon in the Rogue Prince bookmark worked good with this for me. Once you conquer the Stepstones and The Triarchy you have a good amount of money and a good stream coming in to spend on the expeditions and ruins

man, the chance to get dragon eggs has really been nerfed(thank god), in the current version after colonizing 7 counties i have only gotten 2, that is the way it should be, they are invaluable treasures, in the previous version of the mod you could get 5 dozens colonizing the empire and have no way to remove them.

Colonize Valyria is a long term goal, you can easily get a kingdom in one life if you prepare accordingly(i get 2k gold before beginning and invest it all in building a economy), but getting the 2 empires can take multiple characters

Dear god this mod is awesome. U have to u absolutely have to do a full series on this. And make to make it more fun for us not u sorry😅. Start as a bastard of deamon and write a story where while his father wants the iron throne u look to the past and go back to valeria. Also steal the crown and blackfyre from bittersteel. I feel like it should be harder/riskier to get the artifacts. Like in tve ck2 mod you had like a 70% chance of dying getting just ONE dragon egg or valyrian steel blade

I’ve never had a problem getting it to load or run. It could be your game version needing to be rolled back or using incompatible submods or even just a system issue.

Played this mod a good time around but a cheat mod is basically required, and it is incredibly tedious colonizing actual colonies. You should only have to use the event to get duchy titles even kingdom titles then you should just be able to pay to colonies the rest. Other than that fun mod.
