What makes Django so brutal is that in most movies if someone gets shot they either die instantly or just shout once. But in Django when people get shot in the leg they cry in pain until they are put out of their misery, which sometimes means an uncomfortably long time.

I believe a lot of people only stick around to see the cute ones turn gritty because, in many cases, that involves taking a simplistic cartoon and adapting it into a more detailed and stylistically unique version (bluey into a space marine being a perfect example).

Your fine with your Rugrats creation there, lol. No matter which scary character it landed on, you would've pulled it off somehow. I once found my old Rugrats drawings I did back in '97 or '98. They liked how exact they were, I was gifted a Rugrats drawing set, which had colored pencils, a drawing pad, stamps, stickers, etc. Your thumbnail with the uh, friendly Minions, cracks me up!
