Ingredients for this delicious and easy eggplant stuffed filo phyllo dough puff pastry
4 sheets of ready-made phyllo dough
600 g aubergine
2 big onions
3-4 tablespoons of oil
2 paprika
3 green peppers
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon of chili or tomato paste
Salt
Paprika powder
Black pepper
for the sauce
200 ml of water
80 ml of oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 heaping tablespoons of flour
1 egg yolk to the remaining sauce
