Story #1 I used to work with a man named Fred. He had the absolute worst breath ever most days. So in those days I would say out loud in our small open office “someone’s been eating out of the litter box again” those who knew the inside joke would always smile and laugh 😂

Lol I like that random self care advice at the end. It is true though, alcohol is too harsh on the skin. Witch hazel is a much better base for toners. You can also make a great quick at home mask with moistened oat flour and manuka honey. Fights dryness and various skin conditions like acne and rosacea.

@@FloridaMan0561 online, in health food stores, Costco. Lots of places. It lasts pretty much forever. Not really a spread on toast kind of honey, more medicinal. Though you certainly can eat it.

Thank you! I struggle quite a bit with dry skin on my forehead in particular, to the point where sometimes I can’t even put makeup on that area when it’s especially bad. Exfoliating and moisturising with prescribed lotion helps, but only for a few hours. I’ll definitely give the oat flower and manuka honey a go. (Anyone know where I can get the second one by the way?)

I always get so excited to see that you’ve posted, Joel, and this time… I’m almost nervous to play it while laying down. Mr Creeps voice is awful, and his narrations are the reason I had to stop listening to Chilling at night. The moment I hear it, I instantly wake up. It’s such an unnatural flow, pausing at strange moments, and changing the intonation up and down mid-word. I’m hoping this one story is short… I’m also crossing my fingers that chilling soon offers the option to either only play favorites, or to skip on narrators one doesn’t care for. It was absolutely a 5 star, amazing app for sleep… now it’s only possible when I pick a single voice and set a timer.
