Posterior tibial tendonitis. I’m pretty sure this is what I have. I stopped running for 2.5 weeks. During those times, I’ve stretched it, ice bucket, and light strengthening exercises. I know that I over used my ankle. 10months into running, age 31, husband and father of 3. I work nights and on my feet constantly, 5hrs of sleep, training during the day and work at night🤣.

Lateral knee pain. 9/10. I did an event which required a lot of running and rucking. It’s like IT band syndrome that will not go away. I haven’t been able to run for almost 3 months. At first it would start after running but now it even hurts after walking for too long. Very frustrating.
