Yeah East Bend is great, not too far from Winston. Open practice is Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5 to 9:30 weather permitting. They prep and water the track so it's perfect. It's fairly safe too, mainly tabletops and a few step ups. No huge doubles that if you case it, your gonna break your arm. We're woods riders with woods suspension so that is great for us. We just enjoy riding a bit of moto during the week. Ya'll should check it out.

I agree, like his riding on the KTM mostly because I suck at it., He sucks balls on the fz09. The back on the fz09 video he is "moving" on he is also all over the yellow line. Like I said, I do like his trail riding and MX
