Tip for the rhino clamps, the open end of the hook points forward. It's also engraved onto the clamp. If you have the older version of the tube, learned from efixx if you keep your conduit in the plastic packing that it comes in to stop it getting marked. We have the same roof rack and older version of the tube. Only thing I hate about it is once you add the height of the roof rack and the clamp. You are over the maximum height for most multi story car parks in the city I am in.

Do you enjoy the black hole of berlingo where your wallet phone and everything else slides down between the middle seat. The glove box is also really handy. Own it for a bit longer and you’ll see that the only light you can rely on to keep working is the triangle warning light on the instrument cluster

Gutter about the van buddy but it can be repaired.. I really rate the berlingo/partner.. I had a 59 plate one that I done 215k pretty much hassle free.. very comfortable also.. Them clamps I have now and I do rate them but I also had one come loose.. I don’t know how and I can’t imagine I put it on wrong but who knows.. it’s a much easier clamp to fit though

Nice Rhino setup Mikey! Well done getting the van - what a bitch with the delivery and T bone. Fixable but such a pain. The second hand car market here in Australia is crazy also for the second hand market.

Nice set up mate, I’m still in two minds as to our my ring tube on my connect I used to have it on my old van but when I changed I didn’t put it ok and haven’t missed it as yet but they are handy. The clamps are great but as silly as it sounds it’s easy to forget the extra height they have bent the shit out of one of mine when I took a wrong turn and went to turn round in car park that had a slopping lowered roof 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣🤣🤣 I’ve now tried to keep stuff off the roof unless I have to and it works for me 🤣

top tip: when you fit accessories in the back, don't drill all the way through the panels 😉

Good gear rhino, you can lop off a few inches either side of the rack to make it a bit more stealthy, my rhino pipe carrier was defeated with a screwdriver within a week of having it. They must of not been impressed because they left my scuffed up trunking all over the drive.

What have you got planned for the inside of the van? Drawers, racking etc? I've just bought my 2nd berlingo. It's a work in progress, but have put large sliding drawers on the bottom and some simple ply racking on the driver side. The drawers are brilliant, I can get so much stuff in them

Feeling your pain I stopped at a crossing in a car park to let an old woman cross a guy reversed right in to the side of me bent my car right out of shape she saw it happen then just walked away couldn't believe it & the guy that hit me had parking sensors & a reversing camera 🙄

@@residualelectrical yeah true, I thought maybe you was like downscaling the work and didn't need the bigger one, I find that the bigger the van the more shit you end up ramming into it. I think small van racked and organised is better
