I CRASHED OUR 1000cc Trophy Truck on the FIRST HOT LAP!

That's right, I crashed our custom built UTV mini trophy truck on the first hot lap around the CarsandCameras Grand Prix. Ike set a lightning fast time, and I thought I could beat it. Thankfully the damage isn't bad! I just bent a tie rod when I hit the tree. We also install floorpans, change our axle pinion angle, fine tune the shifter, and mount a cooling fan for the radiator in today's episode. The trophy kart set an impressive lap time before it was wrecked with a 1:03!

Why don't you guys build a big ass bumper on that thing to protect all your hard work? Ideally something that would even protect the front tires. You would have just bent it a little and kept going. And maybe do that on more of your projects too since you're driving through the woods. You can even make it removable if you ride it in a more open area.

Well, it was gonna happen at one point or another. I'm just glad John didn't get hurt. I just got out of a operation last night and back home tonight. I'm one of the lucky one's to not have pain with this operation. Anyway, was super happy to be home and to be able to watch my fav channel. And this is what make your channel this good, it's real life and you guys don't hide it. I know you will make it better when you fix it. Trophy truck and the track. Dang brother! full send. You were pushing it John, dont beat yourself up. But I think you had problems braking into that other turn so once you get that down you should be good. I also think bigger wheels and rotors might be necessary. The brakes on most 1000 CC bikes are STRONG and the bike is a quarter the weight. But you guys get this thing moving and its heavy and its got momentum, youre gonna want as much brake and traction under braking as you can get. I also think you can gusset in the top bar similar to a T-Top car which will strengthen up the roof in a roll cage. Such a great build guys, cant wait to see more
