It's beautiful. Just drill a 2 inch cavity then you can turn it into a lamp. The poppies are adding more beauty to it. 😍

Yes I have turned the previous pyramid attempt into a lamp. I myst do that again sometime soon

Hi Tracey, that is stunning and how lovely for a very worthy cause. Remembrance day always brings tears to my eyes, for all the men and women who dedicated their lives to giving us freedom (though being unravelled these days). My dad would be almost 105, and he sadly passed in 1995 aged 75. He was in the medical corps in the army, from 1939 to 1945. My 90 year old mother and myself and 2 sisters and brother, all miss dad greatly. My sister works on Angel Radio in Havant (I live in Portsmouth), and she does a super show Sunday mornings, and plays a lot of wonderful music from the 40's on Remembrance Daty. You're a very kind and generous lady, giving your beautiful creations to charities. Thank you for all you do. You're an absolute inspiration. Take care. xx❤❤😊😊

This has turned out beautifully, Tracey. The next time you try using fabric flowers, you might try doing what you did for the outside flowers and resin them first and allow them to cure before using them.. That should eliminate the dye from the flowers seeping into the new resin. I've even had that happen to the dyed real flowers! All in all, It is a gorgeous tribute, and I love that poem. Thank you for your wonderful video.
@miniscenesgb2 күн бұрын
Yes, you are so right. I did say that late on in the video, dipping and curing them first makes a lot of sense. Glad you liked this one Pauline

Wow! That is brilliant.forthe floppy mould you could half fill your support contain with semolina or kenetic and gently push your pyramid mould into it and your pyramid will not be floppy any more this a temporary solution. For a permanent solution you can place your pyramid with upside down the support and fill it with gypsum. Once the gypsum is dried you can just remove the pyramid mould and you have a permanent support. Give it a try see how practical it is.💕💕💕

All those poor young men swept away in The Great War, destroying families and devastating the country. Over a hundred years ago, but we will always remember, and we add to their memories all the lost in the wars since then. And on a much lighter note: I have a reasonably sized work space, but everything always seems to crowd in on me and I somehow end up with a single square foot of useable crafting space! And everything conveniently located very close nearby, yet I can never find what I want. Hmmm!
