The real trick is how you optimise what these AI tools give you and apply a human touch to the content with personal experience, opinion and outlooks. I think that could be the magic formula.

300 articles voor $1800 is easily justified by the traffic it will generate you. You just can’t write and publish articles for $6 a piece. I think this is just prioritisation of where you want to invest your money, but I’m convinced this will make you loads more money

29 dollars for an article is outrageous. I use agility Writer and it costs 28 dollars a month for about 15 articles. The articles are very high quality.

exactly nobody is going to guarantee anything, might as well pay a human writer if that's the price. I have websites with barely any content ranking in the first page in google and others with a lot of content ranking way below. So it's not worth the price in my opinion.

Create your own tool. Seriously. I've never written code in my life but now, I can do with GPT-4. I ask simply to create me Python codes like: 1) Write me Python code to search for keywords that I have in the txt file on my desktop 2) It should cycle through each keywords, get top 10 results from google 3) Then, it should click on all the links, copy all the text tagged h1 and h2 4) Then write it in a csv. Column 1 should be the keyword that made the search, column 2 is all the headlines, etc. You may also go use a tool like Apify or Scrapebox to scrape results and ask for a script to clean up. No matter what you do, it is 10x better than paying $29 for a single autogenerated article.

So far I'm loving SurferAI! My only beef is that most of the time so far, the titles it creates aren't great and sometimes well beyond 60 characters. That would be good to tweak in the next revision.

Surfer is way too expensive. No reason to justify the cost. Most of what it does is purely theoretical or outdated and doesn't really translate into actual results. People at this point can literally do everything surfer would with open source and free tools and 90% of that can be done through chatgpt alone. People can also replicate surfer with chatgpt if they know the prompts and if they are so attached to surfer. Oh and did I mention I'm an SEO since 2012 and have lead SEO strategies and marketing departments for almost a decade. Just saying. I'm against promoting something as the only thing to do something. It can help yes. But it's not required to help you to blogging riches.

Also, can you speak to the future need for SEO writers, content writers, etc.? I know you touched on it a bit, but do you think this tool has the potential to disrupt the writing industry? In other words, do you believe writers will have to charge less money for their work, or will they be out of a job? My guess is that they'll have to further niche down and specialize in a few topics or industries to remain competitive. Maybe you can speak to the economic disruption this tool may have. I do indeed think that it will affect the writing industry and already has. But that started with chatGPT. Will it completely kill it off? Highly doubt it. There will always be a need for premium copy.
