The reason for the massive amount of people walking from the airport might be a setting in TM:PE. When you have turned on realistic parking, they mostly cant spawn their pocket cars.

Fun fact about that particular power plant asset: it is from Kansas City and is still there. It too is right on the waterfront (albeit a river) and was built to power the electric trolly lines back in the early 20th century. I believe it is still serving that function but it may be abandoned at this point.

Oceania is by far my favorite series you’ve done. It gave me so much joy at the start and it still does, I don’t really know why but it makes me so happy seeing a new upload. Keep it up mate Edit: can’t wait to see the airport (even if you’ve done a lot of those recently)

Hey, i think you should make an unused railroad below the conveyor behind the old power plant. Coalplant usually have some of that to deliver coal. Since you have rail branch near it. Btw the city looks beautiful.

i think the industrial areas need some decals personally. a little too clean with the concrete and asphalt. some dirt and grime would go a long way to make it blend in better, as well as providing more detail through the texture and colour variation decals can provide.

I'm so excited you broke the seal on the airport! I think it's cool how they make you stage it up in size as you get upgrades...and I this case I can look forward to at least one rebuild, maybe three.

For whatever reason, this temporary airport you got here resembles LaGuardia Airport in New York City at least in terms of the runways. Albeit, one of the runways at LaGuardia Airport is rather sketchy since it's shorter than what you would normally see at most airports. But that's primarily because boats pass by the airport so they can't extend the length of the runways without having to change a lot of things.

Check out the Brisbane Powerhouse Theater for inspo on the power station. It's an old coal powerplant converted into a performance space and is very cool!

You should consider adding a freeway exit/ on-ramp area by those homes near the airport. That way that highway gets used more and then people will be able to get to the city fast

the hills definately are not too forested, wellington has a lot of dense forest areas climbing up hills in the middle of the city with a few nice walking tracks you can tramp up

you can change the settings to have unlimited money. he also has a lot of mods that makes the game quite different than the vanilla game
