a few tips for fishing, if your thumb is really jumpy then put your index finger on the button instead and either close your eyes or look away and just use the sound to catch fish, it helped me a lot

The best trick to fishing is to not look at your screen when they go for the bait and fish by the sound it makes when they bite! I’ve already completed to cast master achievement by doing this and I’ve never been able to get that!

Quick fishing tip: Assuming you're not deaf, can't have your volume up, etc., you can avoid looking at your screen and listening for the audio cues of the fish latching to the fishing pole. I've found this extremely better than anxiously waiting and I only miss about 3% of all the fish I catch rather than the usual 10% I'd normally miss (though I've also had some practice, but that doesn't matter I hope lmao)

When you fish, there's a bloop sound when the bobber goes down (that's the moment you hit A). Like someone said, you can look away to listen for it. Press A as soon as you hear the bloop.
