Gusto ko talaga yung minimalist design ng house. Aside from that, it doesn’t look like kailangan ng mahabang panahon para i-construct yung house and it doesn’t look heavy sa earth. I like the way how it “touches the earth lightly” feel na design..❤️❤️❤️

Architecture student ako, pero if ever man na maging Licensed Architect ako in the future, parang mas pipiliin ko nalang magpagawa ng dream house ko sa'yo. I love your design as usual. Do you have any suggestion on how to have stronger protection for the woods apart from kiln drying and top coats so that these will last longer because we have rains, extreme heat and also how is the protection from fire? There are some woods that could not just be burnt easily. Also, how do you protect from termites before installation? Hope that you will have video regarding these.

Hi architect oliver! Pwede po magpadesign for 285 sqm lot. area (house or floor area depends on the size of car garage and lawn), 8-car garage or 6, with basement, para elevated (kasi sa Tagaytay, opposite side), with front porch, with veranda facing garage, with front lawn, side lawn, 2 to 3 storey (3rd level as rooftop with dirty kitchen), high ceiling, 2nd floor can see the ground floor, TB outside house, 2 TB downstairs (maids room, for guests). 1 room sa level 1 (where the TB will be), big modular kitchen with center kitchen counter (with sink and stove). Walk in pantry, Cabinet and drawers for kitchen cleaning gadgets and agents. Another sink by the kitchen window. Dining area that will fit dining table for 10 and buffet table. Big laundry area at the back, 3 rooms at Level 2 (all rooms with TB), with small walk in closet, with family room in the middle. Bay window in master bedroom. Sliding black gate. Is this possible sa size ng lot?

Hello po sana gumawa din kayo video ng modern bahay-kubo na two storey tapos double walling (hardiflex and plywood) tapos yung flooring sa 2nd floor is steel decking tapos may cr sa din sa 2nd floor. 60 sqm yung sukat.
