I just did my first pull up since high school, and it's almost entirely because of this channel. I participated in the Summer Shred program, but didn't share my results because I'm still kinda self-conscious. Not long after that, I hurt my leg and didn't feel like I could train if I couldn't do it all. Started up again recently, luckily. I love it, honestly. I've lost about 27.2kg since April, and I feel so much better (I lost about 15.9kg during the Summer Shred, but continued to lose weight by just keeping track of calories between July and now). The thing is, I'd been wanting to lose weight for a while, but what gave me the motivation to start was this channel. So thank you.

Doing three sets of 100 squats 2 times a week, is not only a great leg workout, but it's an insane cardio workout as well. First time I did my first two sets I threw up.
@joannasmith439917 күн бұрын
That doesn’t sound any sense
@Thiccolo17 күн бұрын
@joannasmith4399 our legs are built for endurance, you can do a ton of squads easily. But most people's limiting factor is cardio if they don't exercise already. I'm mostly a calisthenics athlete so I learned how to build strength and cardio simultaneously.

Exercises are great, but if you really want to see massive growth, you need structured diet as well. I currently follow diet plan I got from Onlymeal. So far it goes really well. It also comes with a workout plan, and I am really satisfied so far with it. The best thing are challenges which make you push even harder.

Stan in every challenge. That would be an amazing "series" of his transformation. Not the 90 day stuff, just slowly. a challenge every 2 months or something, starting in January and ending in December. And at the end we can see all the changes/gains in a list. Although some of the changes he might have already lost by the time December comes around. However. that's also a nice measurement to see. (gains and losses) Maybe some muscle groups revert completely back, or maybe they don't because he is doing other challenges for other muscle groups but its still exercise.
