My husband convinced me to sign up for Brazilian jiu-jitsu with him for some exercise/competitive funsies. He said he would try whatever I wanted to do next (I promised him a 6 month commitment), so adult gymnastics might be in our future. The trampoline looks like so much fun!😂

For the pull over on the bars, keep your hips close to the bar. Point toes towards where you want to go. Rotate with hips. Cartwheel. Hand hand foot food. Hand stands and cartwheels are easier if you keep your " lever" or body position straight. If the back leg kicks up stay in a straight line. Drop arms as leg comes up. It's one motion. Don't reach down .Reach out. Pivot turns are one motion from the hips. Pull up. Shoulders and hips pull into your turn. Feet just follow or guide. But it's all one motion. The back roll. Chin in. Push with both arms. Pull with your hips.

I've been hearing people say that for years. Imo, it'd be a silly gimmick that would be irrelevant and distract from the actual competition going on. The point of watching elite athletes compete isn't just so we can say, "Wow, they're so much better than the average person!" But idk, that's just me.
@IssieAndLife4 ай бұрын
Maybe a happy compromise would be a TV series launched near the time of the olympics. They could make it either really obnoxious or fun by picking reality TV stars.
@ArchIVEDCinema4 ай бұрын
@IssieAndLife It wasn't necessarily all Olympians, but there was a show called Pros vs Joes in the mid-2000's or so where they had random people face off against professional athletes in athletic challenges and whichever of the random people did the best won a cash prize.

I know that this absolutely wasn't the point of the video, but Keltie THANK YOU SO MUCH, for doing a video where your internal organs are living their best life. I recently had to explain to a man that my bloating wasn't because I don't work out enough, but is just what a normal woman looks like when she's not specifically trying to have a man stomach. I wasn't even mad at him, because how would he know that even fit women have "bellies", when all models (fitness or otherwise), go on a restriction diet in the days leading up to a photoshoot. This video has made me feel like a normal person again, more than anything else you have done, specifically because it wasn't the point of the video. You are just living your best life, being joyful, curious, and fit. With all of your organs living their fully hydrated lives

I absolutely love your content. This really makes me happy. I feel like if I would do anything creative it would be something like this. You inspired me to try some new sports. I've played field hockey since I'm a kid and will continue it forever. But I took that sport really for granted and didn't really engage with any other sports. I have just started my running journey (on track since 2 months instead of my casual two weeks extensive running and 3 months nothing) to gain more endurance during a game. But it's the beginning of me realising that I love sports and always have. I just never felt the spark and it became a bit boring. I really want to try out other things, gain more flexibility and enjoy what I'm doing. I have never been a gym girl and always thought that's the only way to get stronger but it really isn't. Thank you for showing me that with the content you make bringing back the flame I had in me for sports.
