How about take your 3 worst stations that require ‘extreme’ volume and just rotate them? For me that would be: burpees, lunges, wall balls. 100 at then end of every workout, or even 50 each of all 3? No break, just one big superset of 150 reps.

And just to be clear, I meant 50/50/50 every day, or ‘just’ 100 of each cycled every 3 days, such as; burpees day 1, lunges day 2, balls day 3, burpees (again) day 4 etc…
