Today was my first day trying le sserafims workout and I decided to torture myself even more and added 30 squats 20 push ups And a plank for 1 min And honestly it wasn't that bad but on my second set of burpees I almost pasted out and the thing is I was fasting but did this workout after breaking my fast.

@@ThaakirahWilliams-m8c u see what I did is like changed burpees into caterpillars walk and the jump at the end + I burnt more calories. I did it for 3-4 days constantly and then as u do it gets easier and it takes less time. I also saw my Abb line 😂 I’m for it I’m not stopping it

I skipped the LE SSERAFIM workout routine one day and I challenged myself to do double what I would usually do which means I needed to do 200 burpees which I ended up doing, I think you know what my condition was the next day.

@@tomaattipoika7134 Being a kpop idol is very hards 1 Maintain a certain weight 2 stay fit 3 Have to be VERY active (seventeen normally films going seventeen, workout and then still have to practice in the same day, prolly not EVERYTHING EVERY DAY) 4 Very high stamina 5 Can't be stiff. Many more I'm definitely forgetting, but yeah, being a kpop idol isn't an easy job.

I did this for 7 days straight! Here are the results. I made sure to write everything down in my diary for each day. Day 1: I started of with the sit-ups and then the jumping jacks. It took me some time to complete the workout. It was a bit tiring but I managed to complete the workout. Also, I did 200 burpees and 160 jump squats instead of the 190 burpees and 150 jump squats as it would help in counting(I stopped doing the extra 10 jump squats after day 3 but continued doing the 200 burpees till day 7). Day 2: It hurt a lot to the point I actually considered just giving up on doing this workout routine but decided to stick with it. The burpees and the jump squats killed me. The rest of the workout was fine but it was a lot harder to do compared to the previous day. I felt like my muscles were going to give up on me due to the horrible pain but I managed to motivate myself to continue on. Day 3: It hurt a lot more than yesterday. It felt like I couldn't even breathe without my and hurting. Only I know how I managed to go through with my day. On top of that, I had to do such a hard workout routine, I considered not doing it that day to recover but I knew if I did it today, I wouldn't feel that pain anymore the next day. I was literally dragging my body to complete the burpees and jump squats. I was somehow able to do it without having any major issues. Day 4: Just as I thought, the pain was almost gone as my body was now adapted to the new routine. There was still some pain but the workout felt a lot easier compared to the previous days. I think I pretty much breezed through that workout although the burpees and jump squats did tire me. They were much easier though. Day 5: There was no pain whatsoever and I felt great. I felt very refreshed and fit for some reason so I took that very same motivation and decided to kill myself with that workout. The other exercises, including the burpees and jump squats were becoming increasingly easier but the high knees were getting harder. I don't know why the high knees were getting harder but whenever I would try to sit or take a break after doing the high knees, it would feel like my joints were going through some stuff that I can't explain. It was only after the high knees and otherwise, there was no pain. Day 6: This day was pretty much the same as the previous day except the high knees, burpees and jump squats suddenly became harder than before so it sucked. I also had to stay up a little late to complete the workout as I had slept and watched anime when I was supposed to do the workout so I had to compensate for the lost time that way. Day 7: It felt like I breezed through those exercises. The high knees were still pretty hard but I tried my best not to quit on the last day of the challenge. I had stay up late again as I had slept during the time I had to workout. Thankfully all that workout allowed me to sleep as soon as my head hit the pillow due to me being so tired.

Guys im gonna try this pls wish me luck (im gonna send results aswell) Day 1: I was dead and I couldn't even stand up after this 💀 Day 2: I was soo tired and I felt like I broke my back 💀 Day 3: It was better and there was less pain I could kinda see results already Day 4: did it and I alr lost 1kg and I was getting into shape pretty fast Day 5: my belly is flat and I could kinda see my legs getting skinnier too 6 Day 6: my thighs were getting skinnier and my belly was flat and people also recognised it

We can make it beginner friendly :) Make sure to take it easy and break up the exercises! Do less if you can't go all the exercise reps! E.g. maybe start 20 burpees and build up! Go at your pace :)
