I went against what I've been saying and bought a 3S 110C 5400mah battery. To buy the battery I needed to spend $10 more and save $8.00 shipping so I bought a specific aluminum bracket ESC fan. Going up to 3S battery is going to elevate the electronics temps of course but the airflow holes cut into the vette body are going to be very beneficial. Time will tell. I will be making more videos as I go here shortly.

1. You can firm up the wheels and suspension wobble however you choose front and rear (brace, add additional rear suspension links I discussed in a video I made, buy aftermarket suspension linkage components in stiffer different plastic or aluminum, take out the slop in the wheel bearings.) A few different ways to go at it. 2. Modify the battery compartment to accept/hold down a larger battery/different sizes besides the basic nimh battery and a 2s lipo battery if want to go faster/higher mph. Box states 70 plus mph out of the box but in reality as it comes thats 32-34mph 3. Out of the box the motor can get over 180 degrees during strenuous, continuous driving. (need to buy a fan or fans 2 to 3 fans (fans are cheaply made, finiky/malfunction and break) plus need a motor heat sink and in addition, consider modify the body to allow better airflow to cool the electronics 4. The electronic speed controller can overheat there by possibly leading to damaging or causing esc to go into thermal protection mode. 5. The TQi Traxxas Link wireless bluetooth module is practically a must purchase if you want/need to adjust the electronics steering parameters, throttle settings, adjust power and other items to began tuning/refining the car through the factory Traxxas electronics. 6. This RC car for $300.00 - 350.00 without a body ($70-105 extra) should have been equipped with sway bars for more track-like driving performance but you have to buy this extra (ft and rear sold together).
