Jen, my friend, I have always wanted to leave you a comment on your podcast but alas you always mention I Tunes reviews and I am an android person (trust me we would be friends anyway.) I don't even listen to you on KZbin but I am glad to be here as your nineteenth viewer just so I can reach you some way! I have been listening to your podcast for two years and it has really shaped the way I view village life. I have three kids and don't always have the support I would like but hearing you talk about putting love into the world has helped me realize that I can build that village for other people. In doing this I have formed some deeper friendships and have found more joy. My village has also started to blossom and help me in return. You make me want to have more kids than I ever anticipated because you have that great lifelong view of things. I think there may be a lot of babies in the world because of you, and hey thats worth way more than the comedy millions. I also just want to add that I, like you, share the ability to make any first encounter way awakwarder than it needs to be. I once started a conversation by telling someone I had just met that I believed in aliens. Okay BUT did the hot tub actually break like you suggested on IG stories?? My WotY for 2023 was "Voyage." Didn't go on any voyage BUT I did apply (and get accepted) to a 2-week study abroad program in Italy for next year, so that's a something!

Sort of - it was broken but my husband was able to fix it. Thank goodness, because we can't live life without an inflatable hot tub!

AND it would have been $250 down....the drain.... Word for 2024: ENDURANCE I NEED THAT! I'm going to be submitting my dissertation proposal to the IRB and collecting data next school year, so constant endurance is needed. Saint for 2024: St. Mary of Egypt Ummmm...does this mean I'll meet a hot guy while studying abroad? My poor husband :P I think I'm just going to take yours of St. Jerome hahahaha [second time: St. Juan Diego which Lino has ruined for me so third time....St. Agnes of Rome--chastity. Most women are helped by makeup, but women like you, natural stunning beauties, simply look better with minimal or no makeup. I often think this about survivor contestants, they look great on the island but then they get all made up for the finale, and I think they looked 10 times better on the island.
