I have to disagree with your approach on this guy. I think the bigger key is to focus on the the multi color approach. The precon on for this guy, even without Jared, is straight bonkers! Multi color board wipes, multi color triggers, tricks, mechanics, and some of the biggest monsters in magic, not to mention you can throw a dragon's gate and a quick silver amulet in there to do ridiculous things fast. Most of the abilities on the creatures trigger when then enter the battlefield and not when they're cast. The planswalker and his ability is just the nice thick cherry on top. Yeah, I never knew this guy existed. I'm not a huge fan of commander but I've been wrecking faces with this guy. He's a beast. Also, Ajani being Phyrexian is one of the most stupid things Wizards has done. Thanks Wizards.

I would create this deck with many creature tutors and Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The goal would be to get Sisay on the Battlefield, then Jared, then activate his second ability. Sisay would then become a 12-12, which would allow to fetch for basically any legendary permanent. I would not add Jegantha as a companion, because many of the legendary creature that cost more than 7 mana have more than one of the same mana symbol in their mana cost (i.e. Razaketh, Jin Gitaxias).

sisay is only white, so if you use the -3 on her she get only one counter +1/+1 so you should have a sisay which is 8/8 not 12/12

Kind of annoyed that you mentioned Anointed Procession as an alternative to Doubling Season's token doubling, and not its Green older brother Parallel Lives, which is literally the same card in Green, and I believe also cheaper (guess most people would rather just use Doubling Season if they have access to Green). Very useful in Commander when you have access to both colours, letting you triple up the double tokens effect, since they do stack. So now Jared's +1 creates 8 3/3 Kavus And in my opinion, just about any swarm deck that uses white needs Cathar's Crusade. It isn't budget, but you mentioned Doubling Season, which also isn't budget, and the two pair perfectly. 3WW Enchantment with "Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control." Too good. That, Jared, and Doubling Season means that his +1 gives you two Kavus, I believe each with 4 +1/+1 counters since they trigger at the same time. If not, then one with 2 counters and one with 4, since CC does include the creature that just entered the battlefield. Either way, +1 for a 5/5 and a 7/7 or two 7/7s is amazing. Have all of the token doublers and that +1 pretty much gives an army that can one shot anyone, as that's 8 triggers of CC, each giving 2 counters to everything already out, or +16/+16. That itself is unrealistic, but let's get more unrealistic by tossing in Corpsejack Menace (creature that doubles the +1/+1 counters effects give). Not sure of other cards with that effect but that makes that +1 give 8 tokens, triggering CC 8 times, each time giving 4 counters, and if +32/+32 isn't enough to wipe people out, not much is, but hey, you can Clone Corpsejack Menace, maybe with something like Rite of Replication to get token versions, giving several and letting you get more with Populate. Have Kavu Monarch on the field, with its own built in Cathar's Crusade effect but only with Kavus, and he gets +64/+64. Or Champion of Lambholt, which also has that effect built in, with any creature, but prevents opponents from blocking with anything that has less power than it, so unless they have a 65/65 or stronger, your Kavus are effectively unblockable. And if that isn't game right there, your opponen must have an insane life gain strategy going, or a Fog effect, and you just put a massive target on your back. I think I need this commander for my counter swarm deck... I know it won't work half as well as I'd like but that one in a million match where I get it all together will be beautiful...

By the way doubling season does not double the number of counters the planeswalker comes in with, as summoning is not an effect that puts counters on a permanent. Vorinclex does however double the number of counters and I believe hardened scales. But I blame Eddie for not knowing the rules, hence why he wins commander games

Planeswalkers will enter the battlefield with double the normal number of loyalty counters. However, if you activate an ability whose cost has you put loyalty counters on a planeswalker, the number you put on isn't doubled. 4/5 Nephilims work quite well in this deck. Now I just wonder should I change a couple of things for my 5C Ramos Dragon Engine Deck to Head Jared instead or still go with Ramos? Ramos is amazing when adding a plan to draw a lot of cards and use the Add 🟡🟡🔵🔵⚫⚫🔴🔴🟢🟢 every turn with instants and one or another 2-3 colored counter spell. But the multicolored creatures and the +1/+1 coounter theme still works well with Jared. Then again it should be easy to add a set of Cards and either randomize the between the two commanders or the cards used in general. Personally I like the Idea of using three commanders in a deck and either randomize who leads it or play heritage. which basicly means add two more cards to the deck then ranomize the three comanders and you basicly cycle through them when one died and returned to the bottom of the commander pile. Heritage EDH can also be played with the rule "You loose after commander tax reaches a certain point".

I'm surprised he did not bring up Jegantha, the Wellspring as a companion. That little elk can bring out your commander with one quick tap and you can go from there. Also while not super budget there are cards like Bloom Tender, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove and a new personal favorite of mine is Evolving Door. These are all cards that would work really well in his kinda deck.
