I didn't train for 1 week, and I kept eating 3000 calories every single day and this is what happened to my physique...
Absolutely nothing at all.
This week I took a week off of training because I had a deload week. Sure I could have deloaded properly and still trained, but I'm a human being. If I need that time off, I'll take that time off... That and I'm lazy 🤣
Losing muscle isn't as easy as you think, so don't be afraid if you're not able to train for 1 or 2 weeks.
Of course I'm not talkin about taking a week off all the time, but if you're doing it every 4-6 weeks, it isn't going to affect your progress, and if anything, it's actually more beneficial as it allows you to recover.
You don't need to change how much you're eating, you don't need to do anything special. Just relax, and after that time off, just go back to the gym as if nothing ever happened. And also, learn to find enjoyment outside of the gym as well, you'll thank yourself later 🙂
