Glad you had a relaxing time. If you see the spa lady that asked you about your neck, you should tell her it was a central line to save your life from cancer. You talk about in this video about telling people your story.. the lady was probably like : This thing on her neck is NOT a heat rash.🤯

Hey Tiffany, beautiful lady. You look so refreshed and healthy. Glowing and enjoying the moment. I really believe that when we feel those moments of gratitude, it is pure bliss. It's almost like a high, but being high on life. This is our gift from all the pain and struggle.....so live it, breathe it and cherish it. 😍. Regarding HRT, I am a more mature woman, I've had breast cancer twice and I feel so blessed to me here. When I was dx'd I was 37 and had 2 little girls and I was terrified I would not see them grow up. My beautiful girls are now 37 and 33 and the younger one has her own little girl who brings me so much joy 😊. My doc told me no HRT or any soy products etc. My case was different and let's say everyone has their OWN journey. I won't say anymore than that. You will know with the help of your docs, what is right for you. God bless you dear Tiffany. I must send you some pics... it's lovely to see you so happy, it warms my heart ❤❤❤

Oh Tiffany, I so need to see your videos right now. I just got through a double mastectomy 2 weeks ago for triple negative breast cancer that is very aggressive and terrifying. I had to see 2 of my 3 oncologists today and I honestly thought of you and all you got through this past year and it gave me strength. I will not deny that I shed many tears today, as I have the past few months. I so want to live. I want to be at my only son's wedding next year and meet my grandchildren one day. I am 58, but have so much left to do and see and learn. I am about to begin 5 months of chemo followed by 2 months of radiation and throughout that I will continue watching you and praying for you, as I have the last few years. Please know that nothing makes me happier than seeing you with your darling, enjoying your holiday and healing from the painful journey you have taken. Sending you much love.

I just looked up pelvic exenteration and no wonder you were in the ICU for so long. Such a complicated surgery! And you look so good now, you’ve come such a long way in just 4 months. I had chemo, radiation and surgery to remove parts of my rectum and colon. I would say the surgery was the hardest part to recover from and your surgery was more extensive than mine - you’ve been through a lot. I just had my three year CT scan and I’m still cancer free. I’ve enjoyed your inspirational videos, your kind words and your humble gratefulness. Thank you for reminding me to be grateful for life after cancer as so many people who get cancer do not have the same gift. Though I live with some significant side effects from my treatment, I am living. Your kindness to your followers is genuine and truly loving. Your channel has helped me cope with some of my post-treatment challenges, which has been most helpful. I’m glad you got to enjoy your holiday in the sun. Hopefully London will welcome you back with a sunny day- unfortunately without any palm trees.

Thanks for sharing your cancer journey! You are an amazing woman. You are so blessed. My mom had 2 stomas -- she survived cancer because of them. She lived close to 40 years after that life altering, life changing surgery. Don't be afraid to just live your life. Don't let the stoma bag stop you. Keep living your best life! Enjoy your gift -- God has blessed you with the gift of life, a good man who loves you (your Darling Matt), a mom who adores you, supports you, and carries you in her heart and a huge family unit that's there for you. Trust God and believe in yourself! Step out of FAITH. YOU ARE A WALKING TESTIMONY THAT Second chances are granted.... WHAT A BLESSING!! ENJOY! Remember always "Faith over Fear and Prayer over all Doubt!!! I am a cancer survivor as well. I have lost 5 siblings to date,... of which 4 of them died from Cancer. Again, you are blessed

Bravo on a beautiful, stress free, relaxing holiday - a total reset of mind, body, and soul for you both. As for HRT: I’m currently 55; at 29 I had emergency surgery (not cancer related). During the surgery I contracted MRSA and within 3 days of the surgery I wasn’t yet showing clear signs of the infection so I was discharged (insurance pushing patients out the door too soon). Within 24 hours of being home I was not only seriously ill but I also was turning multiple shades of blue, green, purple, red, etc from below my chest to my upper thighs. I was rushed back to the hospital and taken into surgery where I was diagnosed with septic MRSA and DIC and nearly died. During that admission HRT was discussed with me and I chose not to take it. I’m still not sure if it was the right choice or not but I’m happy with my choice. I do have mild osteoporosis but otherwise nothing else yet. It’s a very personal decision but, for me, the anxiety about worrying about cancer and especially blood clots (I have HITT, so I can’t have Heparin to treat clots) was not something I could live with. Sorry for the novel!!😊

Hello Tiffany I have not seen you look better than today on this video. You are glowing but the glow is really from the inside out! You have peace in your soul and a grateful mind and heart that is pure happiness. I work in health care and last night's shift for me was a sad one. One of my patient's came into the emergency department and had abdominal pain and later that night after all his diagnostic tests found out he was stage 4 liver cancer. The shock in his eyes and his poor wife it really almost lifted me out of my shoes. I have done this career now over 20 years and it simply never gets any easier to see those heart breaking moments. I come to watch your videos to reflect and be so thankful myself for you and your ability to share with all of us all the struggles not just the pretty moments but the hard times as well. Your light shines bright for us all and makes me feel a sense of hope and gratitude in my own life so thank you Tiffany. Safe travels back home! 💙💙💙

I had cancer at 35 and went directly into menopause, now 66; I did not go on HRT due to reoccurring cancer risk. Possibly that is area specific, I'm not sure. When I would go for follow ups many of the women I encountered had recurring cancer and were on HRT. I have osteopenea (beginning stages of osteoporosis). I take vitamin D, calcium and weight bearing exercise for my bones. Each cancer, treatment and therapy is different and I know you will make the right decision for you. 💙

Tiffany i had a early menopause at 29 and was on HRT for 20 years! Best decision as I suffered from bad headaches and hot flushes, exhaustion and brain fog! I felt so much better afterwards. So I can recommend it based on my experience but everybody has different needs and it is up to them to decide what is right for them. I am now 70 years old and stopped talking HRT when I was 57. Talk to your doctor and i hope you get help. You look incredible by the way and I keep you in my prayers all the time. Sending you lots of love and you got this 💙💙💙💙💝💝💝💝💙💙💙💙

You look so relaxed and happy after the vacation! After I had my hysterectomy when I was 24, I was advisee not to go on HRT for more than the first six months because the hormones were likely to help regrow my hormone fueled cancer. So definitely check with your doctor which I have no doubt that you will do what is best for YOU and YOUR situation. That would be the only reason I would be against it. Because I absolutely would have gone on it were it not for my circumstances. I'm glad to see you all rested and relaxed! So much love from me in Montana! ❤

You are so kind, and sweet. I’m glad you are having a good holiday. I started taking estrogen at 48 and I just turned 60. My doctor said that I could take it this long , as long, as I stayed up on mammograms and didn’t see any issues arise. I just had a bone density scan and they were excellent. I have low thyroid and fibromyalgia along with anxiety. So, I thought I would stay on it because anything that could help moods, hot flashes, and energy is something I wanted.

Hi Tiff. It's been a while since I last sent a message. I'm fighting my own health journey. It was nice to follow you on your holidays to Ireland and the canary. You are looking really well. You have been through the worsted possible time in your life. But you are hear. And you just have to move on as we all have to, with what ever our situation is. I'm 73 now. And at 32 I had a full hysterectomy. I was lucky I had my 2 son's young. But I was put on HRT. First I had an implant, then tablets, and finally patches. I had rashes from the glue. It only helped with the hot flushes. But 8 years ago I had surgery and radiotherapy for breast cancer. I have cancer again. The HRT never stopped my osteoporosis. I wish I had never had HRT. There are mire natural ways around the hot flushes. I did use evening primrose oil for a while. It's a dreadful thing that has happened to you. Sadly alot of people go through the most horrific things in our lives. You are very lucky to be able to live a normal life, and to eat what you want. All my surgerys and years of being a guinea pig for doctors, has left me basically in hell. I'm now waiting to see a functional doctor to see if she can help me to try to get some kind of a life back. I wish you all the luck in the world. Sending you love and prayers. God Bless you and your wonderful family. They are amazing. And Matt is a sweet heart. Xxx💚💜💙💛

I am very happy that you are healing and enjoying a bit of time away. As a viewer, I wish you’d be more honest. You’ve lost thousands of viewers in a very short time for this very reason. You said in this video that you didn’t expect/plan to go so deep, yet everything you said was in response to a video put out about concerns for your channel and your integrity. You’ve been responding to those videos for a while now. You come off as being more concerned with making money and branding yourself rather than building friendships and raising cancer awareness as you had originally led viewers to think. Many of us assumed the “We got this” merch proceeds were being donated. Not the case. I am happy that you have come so far, and wish you nothing but the best, I just hope you will rethink your platform-use it for good rather than to simply make money.

I had to have a hysterectomy because of pre-cancerous cells on the cervix. It is such a relief to not be at risk of cancer anymore. A huge weight has been lifted. At the time it made me very sad to have my female organs removed, but I’ve move past that now and am glad it’s behind me now. I barely think about it anymore. Whereas before the surgery I was so stressed about it. Physically I don’t feel any different except I don’t get my period anymore.

I had a total hysterectomy at 49. I was on a hormone patch for 6 months afterwards. It really helped with the hot flashes. My only problem was I was sensitive to the adhesive on the patch; there was a lot of itching and I had red rings on my skin for months afterward. After I stopped, I had some hot flashes but not bad, and 20 years later I still don't have any bone issues.

Hi Tiff So glad you are enjoying your holiday. I have been on HRT for about a year and a half after having colorectal Cancer like you. I'm on the separate patch lowest dose of 25 and the progestogen tablets.(because of migraines) I am now 42, apparently what I was told by my gynecologist is that for under 50's with none of the ailments stated, HRT does carry the same risks as stated on the side effect leaflet, because I was worried about the side effects. I didn't use it for about six months after reading it. But yes everyone is different and they should have spoken to you about this by now just so you know where you stand. Either way good luck in your choice 🙏🏽❤️

Everyone is different, but for me it has been a lifesaver! You do what is best for you dear Tiffany! Sending much love and many prayers to you for your continued and complete healing.

My wife was 33 when she went through menopause due to cancer treatment and she was put on Adcal D3 and Bisphosphonates for her bones to stave off osteoporosis. I know every case if different, but it may be worth asking you doctor if this is an option.

My mom had a hysterectomy in her early 40 and was put on hrt, a few years later she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Besides that I just want to say you are brave, strong, amazing and you are truly blessed with life, health, an amazing mother and also an amazing partner (not many men stick around during sickness because it's not in their nature to nurture) but you have a gem. Thank you for sharing your journey.

Hi Tiffany, I had a Hysterectomy aged 44 and was on HRT till I was 59, it helped me so much because without it I had really bad headaches, hair loss and brain fog 😢 so it helped me continue to work full time until I retired at 60. Now I take a lot of Vitamin D which protects my bones. You need to do what you feel is right for you but if I had listened to people around me I wouldn’t have taken it, so glad I did my own research and went with it. You look really well and so glad you and Matt have had a good holiday 💙💙💙💙

I think you should look into HRT. I had my cervix removed at 28 and a full emergency hysterectomy at 36 because I could not stop bleeding. and went straight into menopause. I use a hormonal vaginal pessary which I think helps. Good luck my darling. I think you are the bravest person I know and the most positive.

We all need to be grateful for every day… life is not a given for sure. Lost my lovely man just 6mths after a cancer diagnosis. It has made me appreciate every day esp after seeing how hard he thought to stay here. On the subject of HRT you need to speak to your oncologist team as it can make your risk to cancer higher.

My stoma bag leaked at night still does some nights so I wrap myself in a sheet just for me then my leakage doesn’t touch my quilt and it’s always kept nice and clean just make sure you lie on the sheet then you put the other half on yourself like a warp I do buy king size sheets So it’s covering me all over then if it does leak you’ve only got your nightwear and the sheet to change and it saves you buying quilts all the time which can get expensive hope this helps if it does start leaking at night your looking great tiff ❤️🤗😊

HRT saved my life. I had a complete hysterectomy and suffered for a year. I did a lot of research, had appts. with specialists and started HRT. Estrogen is essential for many bodily functions, heart health and to get rid of the menopausal symptoms. It tremendously helped my mental and physical health.

Tiffany I never comment but i I just need to tell you how inspirational you are . This video I am just watching now and I feel like I was meant to now . Today I woke up with the mantra “grow through what you go through “ and “I allow myself to choose ease “ bc I am trying to be grateful for where I’m at and flip my narrative to notice the good around me . Which is half the battle right . And here you saying that too . Like confirming to choose love and connection and once you do your life energy will follow . It’s these synchronous moments that beautifully connect all of us . Thank you 💙

I am on HRT my doctor told me for my own emotional health due to removal of ovaries- I of course went into immediate menopause. I haven’t had any major side effects but atp I’m also not sure how long I’ll need to be on them, or will stay on them. I think it’s definitely each individual’s choice and mutual respect is always appreciated, especially when it comes to difficult decisions such as medically necessary surgeries and the aftermath. 💋

Hi Tiffany so lovely to see you so relaxed on your holiday, you are positively glowing. Just want to say HRT is a personal choice and if you feel it is right for you then you take it. I had a really bad time with the menopause and took HRT for about 10 years. It made a huge difference to how I felt and I have never regretted taking it. When I was diagnosed with hormone receptive breast cancer that was the end of me taking HRT. I am now into my 4th year of oestrogen blockers which have had some side effects to deal with but like you …. I am still here xx You embrace every day and go live your life. Love you a lot a lot xxx

Tiffany, you have strengthened me in so many ways. I had so many fears of the unknown and when I see how you handle things with such grace, it actually made me start thinking in a more accepting and positive way about my own life. So many of us prayed consistently for you. I ask the Tiffany thinks family to pray for each other..I see in the comments Annie M. has a great need for prayer . Please let us all pray for Annie and others. Prayer really does change things.

Hi. I'm a bilateral breast cancer survivor. HRT can increase your cancer risk. Bone strength is important, and osteoporosis is a real risk, but your oncology team probably needs to give you very specific input as to advisability of HRT -- which, when, how, etc. I know that I am almost certainly heading into a future with osteoporosis, and I hate that, BUT I (for myself, personally) can not accept any choice that increases cancer (and/or clotting) risk. That feels like taking off my seatbelt on the motorway in a rainstorm.
