A simple delicious recipe for pickled cucumbers for the winter. My whole family loves cucumbers with chili ketchup, I have closed them for many years. Canned pickled cucumbers always turn out crispy, although they are cooked in a few minutes.
Recipe:
Cucumbers-3kg 200 g
Dill - greens and umbrellas
Bow-1 -2 pcs
Allspice, peppercorns, a couple of pieces per half liter jar
Coriander peas, 7-10 pieces per can
Bay leaf
A piece of oak leaf on a jar
Garlic - 1-2 cloves per jar
Marinade:
Glass-250 ml
Water - 6 glasses (1.5 liters)
Salt-2 tbsp
Sugar-1 glass
Vinegar 9% -1 glass
Chili ketchup -6 tbsp
For this amount of cucumbers, 1.5 marinade norms.
Sterilize at the rate of 10 minutes from the moment of boiling inside the jar for 1 liter jar. (0.5 l can is sterilized for 5 minutes).
