I watch a lot of photo editing videos on KZbin a lot. I don’t remember ever seeing anyone talk about using the puppet warp feature in Photoshop. Thanks for showing this and demonstrating how to use it properly. I’m not sure how your channel show showed up into my feed probably because of the amount of photography videos I watch. I have subscribed and I’m glad it did looking forward to more great content and photography editing tips.

Wow, that's great information, Nickolas. I usually just use Lightroom for my edits, but this looks great. I had often wondered how others got wide angle shots without much distortion.

Where would you get with LRC- Transform?? What's nice is that you don't lose part of the image.

But this just superficially "straightens out" individual objects to make it "look better". No correction of the actual lens distortion takes place, to restore the true perspective of the whole scene! Is there another, less subjective but rather mathematically correct tool to do that? I mean, the distortion from a wide-angle lens isn't random but follows well-known physical rules. By reverse-engineering the known and predictable lens faults, correct perspective, restoring straight lines and correct angles right to the edges and compensating the ugly "center bulge" that is always a drawback with wide-angle lenses, ought to be achievable in one go.
