I don't eat sugar! Do you have oatmeal and dates? Prepare this dessert in 5 minutes!
Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
80g oat flakes.
150g dates.
60g nuts.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
100g dark chocolate.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
30g walnuts.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
50g raisins.
50g nuts.
1 banana.
100 ml water.
40g oat flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
2 apples.
2 eggs.
200g yogurt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Oil.
Fry on both sides over low heat until everything is cooked through.
Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
1 cup oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
1/2 cup cane sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 tablespoons milk.
90g melted butter (or coconut oil).
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
Recipe 5
150 g oat flakes.
2 apples.
50ml water.
80g nuts.
1 teaspoon vanillin.
50 ml butter.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

That's right, but the fructose in dates is still healthier than refined sugar!!! One could also take fewer dates... for example

@@catdrachen Not true. Natural and added sugars are metabolized the same way in our bodies. But for most people, consuming natural sugars in foods such as fruit is not linked to negative health effects, since the amount of sugar tends to be modest and is "packaged" with fiber and other healthful nutrients. On the other hand, our bodies do not need, or benefit from, eating added sugar.
