Cooking recipe and ingredients:
120 gr. (4 ounces) oatmeal.
250 ml. (8.5 fl oz) hot milk.
Mix.
Let it soak for 10 minutes.
2 overripe bananas for sweetness.
Grind with a fork or in a blender.
Add 2 eggs.
Mix.
Cocoa powder without sugar 30 gr. (1 ounce).
A pinch of salt.
8 gr. (0.3 ounces) baking powder.
Mix.
100 gr. (3.5 ounces) pure raisins.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
Grease the form with vegetable oil.
Add raisins to the dough.
Mix.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool.
50 ml. (1.7 fl oz) milk.
80 gr. (2.8 oz) sugar-free dark chocolate.
Melt in a water bath.
Pour the mixture over the cake.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
Decorate with nuts.
Prepare your favorite aromatic tea!
2 lemon slices.
2 tablespoons of tea.
1 liter of boiling water.
