Penn State alumni are heavy in the city, I am sure he is thinking not just about his years on the field but also post playing career which looks extremely bright. Eagles signed him to a cheap deal. The Giants tagged him and offered less with only 2 years guaranteed on a short contract and less money also the Giants own video shows they are the one cutting ties but ignore all the facts and create yiur own narrative.
