I Don't know what these Noodles are....

Hey everyone, welcome back today's cooking video is a little different to normal, I have done no planning of this recipe, Today I’m going to be making a noodle dish from whatever I have leftover and
can get my hands on around here and see what we can throw together.
Ingredients:
6 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Light Soy sauce
2 tbsp sambal
1 tbsp Kecap manis
2 tsp sesame oil
1kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs
200gm snow peas
4 spring onions
2 eggs
¼ cut peanut butter
2 tbsp light soy
1 tbsp sambal oelek
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 pack fresh chow mein noodles
¼ cut chopped peanuts
Thai basil
2 limes

That looks awesome, I'm not sure what to call it either. But it does bring back a funny story from about 5 years ago. A little back story my daughter needed a sitter last minute on a Sunday around 2-3 in the afternoon. She dropped off the grand kids (5 & 3) with sort of last minute stuff as she was tying to move right along. I didn't have any real plan for dinners as we had hosted the night before (Mussels and pasta dish). I grabbed a smoked pork steak that I had planned on doing dinner the following night, It was fresh and ready to go. So my wife came in the kitchen and asked what was the plan (I've always cooked at home always) I said I'll figure something out, just then she said I don't want any more F*cking mussels (she wasn't a fan) but just at the fridge out of her sight was a 5 year old who's eyes got as big as half dollars. What did grandma say....I paused for a second and said mucking fusslles.. So for 2 or 3 years smoked pork mince with pasta and white sauce was mucking fusslles.
