I don’t suppose you’re interested in how to position questions that eliminates pressure, makes the other person feel OK, and gets a better answer?
For example, the traditional way of asking is “Are you the decision maker.” A better way to ask is, “I don’t suppose there’s anyone else involved, besides yourself, in making the decision?”
