Dr Grace. Thank you for taking time to make these videos. Sometimes I bash myself thinking I'm not smart enough to keep up with the crowd. My job requires me to speak to a lot of smart people. Sometimes I cant help but feel inadequate.

Anxiety as a symptom of doubt AND procrastination as a symptom of anxiety both resonated with me. I'm being interviewed this weekend on a podcast and this helps me put things in the right perspective. It's not about me - It's about them and what I have to offer. I am now looking forward to this interview. Thank you for sharing.

Both principles resonate with me. I do procrastinate things because of my anxiety. I did this in the last ted talk I had in an English institution. I kept procrastinating for hours before the talk and only spent around 2 hours preparing for it which made it difficult for me to stand up in front of the teachers. I wanted to know why I keep doing the same thing every-time I have to present though I love delivering new concepts and information to people. Thank you Dr. Grace. The video really helped me.

Good points but I think there are some people who need to get used to public speaking. There should be classes where everyone that is afraid of public speaking can go and start having experiences of public speaking to get more comfortable with it. Many people that have a problem with public speaking have had awful experiences and that needs to be turned around with good experiences. Re train the brain that nothing bad is going to happen and give them some positive experiences with public speaking.
