TTar Tip with mega eevee It's ability is protean maxima it can transform to any of the eeveelutions accoarding to the moves it knows. An example is if it had thunderbolt it would transform to jolteon and get the stab and stats of jolteon. Or if it used calm mind it would get the stats of espeon. It can be used in all kinds of situations. If you needed to be tanky use a fairy type move to transform into sylveon. And if you needed a strong move and swift takeout transform it into jolteon. I think that their are tutors that can make eevee learn these moves. Hope my advice helped!

I don't know if you've seen this already TTar but in case- Happy's moves he can use to transform into different eeveelutions are taught by a move tutor, so good luck getting the moves by TM. The tutor should be on a bench south of Jade Tower in Helios City.

The way to give eevee the moves for protean maxima, is to use the move tutors. Eevee can learn almost all of those moves, and gets plenty of stab moves that way. Among the moves it can learn by tutor, hyper voice, giga impact, scald, hydro pump, volt switch, thunderbolt, flare blitz, fire blast, psychic, psyshock, pursuit, foul play, leaf blade, giga drain, ice beam, blizzard, dazzling gleam, and moonblast are the moves that will make it transform.

Ttar, mega eevee is actually good, but return does dmg based on happiness... Btw, mega eevee transforms into the type of move you use so it’ll always have stab. Maybe a good one for the custom move, considering it only knows normal type moves
