@@PreparingTheWayForTheLord Speaking objective truth isn't putting someone down. Unless you think Bronny intentionally played poorly in college, there is no basis to predict that he'll be good in the NBA or to deny that he was only drafted because of who his father is. It's the literal equivalent of hiring a driver who crashed the first vehicle he drove and assuming he's going to do a good job driving a vehicle that is more difficult to drive. Sure it's possible. But it's highly unlikely. And there is nothing wrong with pointing that out. They could make the draft a private event that the media has no access to. Then no one would know who was drafted. That's what would be necessary if you don't want to allow criticism and analysis of whoever got drafted. Nobody here forced Bronny to leave college or to pursue a career in sports entertainment. Criticism is something be knew as part of the game. He does not need or benefit from your caping.

Barbershop talk and comment sections are better than anything these “analysts” say. We all know no team would draft bronny after that cardiac arrest if his dad wasn’t lbj

I feel bad for Bronny. He has potential but instead of perfecting his craft in college, he's being rushed into the NBA purely off his dad's influence. Now every time he plays against someone in the league, he's going hear that he was only drafted because of his father and not because of his skills. Puts him in a tough spotlight and I hope he can handle the pressure.

This was the best decision. Bronny was NEVER going to perform well in college. If he stayed, not only will Lebron be less valuable because he’s older, BUT bronny would also have shown throughout 4 years of college, that he is not NBA material. Now he is in, now the “perform in college” pressure is gone, now he can focus on training with NBA coaches bc he doesn’t really have playing time

It's so obvious that "obvious" is an understatement. The kids existence is unfortunatly based day to day upon who his father is. He could change his name, change his face, it doesnt change that he is in the NBA purely because of who his father is and can dunk a basketball, its just reality. @blazee3895

The right thing is to draft the right player for the organization, moving forward and get rid of that old man calling shots!!! so disappointed as a fan

I get the whole nepotism but why waste a draft pick… you could’ve just signed him as a free agent

ESPN before the draft: "Bronny James have informed teams outside of the Lakers not to draft him or he will play in Australia." ESPN now: "There's never been any sense of entitlement with him. He's never conducted himself that way."
