all these “experts” saying that this is the weakest draft class in the last 2 decades: these kids coming out the draft actually wanted to play college basketball and are getting penalized because people think they weren’t good enough to go one and done. wrong, there are some great freshman like Jared McCain and Rob Dillingham and then great seniors like Dalton Knecht and Zach Edey, it’s just like the 2024 QB class, covid year with traditional 3 years. another thing is-the American media is in denial that European basketball will be the top half of the best players from this class. 4 out of the 5 all NBA first team are European. just get with it.

All ESPN had to say was that LAL really didn't have a better pick, anywhere in this draft, so picking Bronny, isn't really that big of a deal, when you look at the list of players in the 2nd-round = if they said that, we wouldn't be here
@justified0043 ай бұрын
Dude this is a super weak draft class. That's not to say that some of these kids can't make it a career, but there's no clear cut "can't miss" players or big stand outs. The fact you are mentioning seniors that may go early is another sign because kids that played all 4 years rarely become anything. Also, there more foreign players projected to go early and most fans aren't familiar with them. In the NBA draft, the names that drive the media are 1 and done players or big names. This draft has none except Bronny.
@DaFactsNoNonsense17133 ай бұрын
@@justified004 so you're saying the players who are obviously better than Bronny, won't have a better career, while the kid picked #56, who's not better, WILL have a great career based on nothing you can say right now??????? Because they were better in college, doesn’t mean they’ll be better professionally. We’ve seen it many times

From what I have seen in his college games and the NBA work outs for Bronny, its not very obvious what would make him a first round pick interms of his output on the court.

ESPN purposely used the word “intriguing” instead “who’s the best player / top prospect in the draft “ etc . . They will do anything to talk about bronny

To Mad Dog's point concerning the averages of Bronny, Stephen A. Is saying the fact that's he's even discussed is very telling, which makes him the most intriguing in this years draft since he only averages like 4 points.

He’s talked about because he’s lebrons son lol there is no other reason

Stephen A you are dead wrong! He's Lebron James son who wants to play in the NBA. There is no intrigue in that

The most intriguing should be the players coming out from France. With Wemby number 1 last year then two top 5 picks and another two late first round. But hey it's the US and Euro ball doesn't get that much coverage and representation from the media.

Thank you Madd Dogg!! Bronny is not even top 15 and he’s being mentioned more than the 1st projected pick of the draft on every network. It’s disrespectful to those that actually played at a high level and are top 10 smh
