It’s not ulterior motives if they just feel guilty. It’s when they’re doing it to get something outta you. If someone’s doing it outta guilt or to balance out bad behavior but you don’t accept the gift nor does it make you happy they shouldn’t do it. The problem isn’t them doing something for you it’s you being in Relationship that had little to no trust and you being insecure in the strength big the relationship. It’s up to your partner to make you feel safe but you can’t bring baggage to a relationship or make a new person pay for the past. The only thing you can do is learn from a situation and spot patterns and red flags. Also what are you doing to attract this what are your actions that make your partner think this is a boundary or a deal breaker to do to you. Or is it they just don’t care about losing you so they do what they want not caring about your reaction because you’re convenient and beneficial but not enough to practice discipline or sacrifice something they find more valuable

Okay ,I see a lot of males who are saying that they don’t find females funny. I typically prefer male comics until I realized that I grew up watching very few females do stand up. Recently I discovered a really great female Comedian Ashley Gavin is a really skilled comic in both timing and the greatest when heckled.Although she talks about her sexuality as she is gay ,alot of males who have seen her or listen to her podcast really adore her. I think it’s due to the fact that men can relate with her about woman in a similar manner. I also love drag queens Trixie Mattel and Katya . I have not scene a comedy duo in so long but they (Brain and Brain are actually best friends in real life) They have a show on KZbin and it’s hilarious 😆 and it’s not really a show for younger kids but I think it’s a great program for teens .
