And it sounds like that little tribulation you had in having to live in the San Bernardino house turned out to be a blessing. You made enough money on it to get to where you are now. Life is good without credit cards Gil. We’ve been married 30 yrs & got in debt with credit cards when we were in our 20’s & 30’s. We’ve not had credit cards for almost 15 yrs. We pay cash for everything except our vehicles and even some cars we paid cash for. It feels pretty good not to have stupid credit cards. Happy Easter

There are many others making those same mistakes.. to that fact that at some point, one feels that taking chances of a better idea and not thinking it over patiently enough will only lead to some disappointment and feeling regretted of one's choice. Remember, if you or know someone who wants to just jump and move, always remember that one must do their homework before making a choice of a decision . or all will fail...

I did not know you bought another mobile home,I am glad your depression is better,I still have it,I hope you have some videos of that mobile home and house you had,wow,congradulations to your daughter getting her drivers license,I think it is better to get the whole bearing hub,I think that is what most people do,if you had a vice,you might be able to get the bearing out,it is pressed in there.

You're also in California. Housing in general is more expensive. Someone not from there will think anyone there is overpaying. You also get paid better in your state. I'm in Louisiana, across the lake from New Orleans, and I know people originally from California (one from Seal Beach and a couple others from various places in the inland empire) and they always say that they got paid better for the same jobs where you are, and while housing is cheaper here, the pay makes it where it doesn't help. If you have a job based somewhere else and you fo remote work, it's great. Or better yet, the midwest. My ex is from NW Ohio, and housing was even cheaper there. Only thing is, Ohio is boring lol. California is fun. Louisiana is fun. Most of the midwest is bland.

Gil, believe it or not a lot of people have depression from the processed foods and contamination in our foods. I know that may sound like a shocker, but if you look at the ingredients in almost EVERYTHING now adays, there is crap in there that you can't even pronounce. Dr. Jordan Peterson and his daughter both suffered from depression until they changed their diet. Once they eliminated proccessed foods, sugars, and went carnivore the depression left. Not only that, but all the issues they had also disappeared. They both lost a ton of weight, his gum disease went away, arthritis vanished..it was a miracle drug. Now I'm not saying you should do carnivore diet, that's the most extreme diet, but please stop eating the crap you're eating. I watch a lot of your videos and I see the stuff your wife is buying and it's the worst crap you can buy. If you want to know more I can give you more info, but I guarantee your depression will go away, you'll feel better, look better and won't get sick as often.
