@@catherinedesilets8960 The ready dry , tea / chai masala is available in local stores. ( sometimes once a year we make the dry masala mixrure at home and keep in airtight bottle of 1.5 kg and when we run out of it and dont feel like preparing the dry masala which we add to our tea leaf brew we purchase it. In India its readily available at all local stores . )Add 1/2 tsp of masala tea pd to Your regular tea when boiling . It tastes great plus good.for digestion and colds (since it contains dry ginger powder ) and good gut health

Hi there. I have been drinking oolong and green tea for a very long time. I also added some ginger water to the tea. I am now 90. So now it's full steam ahead to 100. I am not on any medications at all, however, I take a vitamin B supplement every morning

Does sun brewed tea produce the same benefits of bringing the tea leaves to a boil and brewing for 3-5 minutes? I like placing my glass pitcher (full of water and one family sized tea bag) in the morning sun. In an hour, it’s ready to drink. We live in Florida and the pitcher is warm when I pour the tea. Did your researchers try this brewing method as well?

My daughters’ best friend even went so far as to inform my daughter that her own mother is lying to her about having Botox 😂 nope no Botox, I’m too stingy and don’t trust anyone!
