I've been a simracer since 2020, thanks to COVID and working from home, and have a full Fanatec setup as well! If I get into a PUBG endgame I'm sweating and tense, in a video game, and right now I'm blown away at how Damon Hill was booking it around that track IRL with ice in his veins. I guess that's the mental strength you need to win at that level.

Being on a race track is a totally different experience from anything else! I've been on one once with my '95 Kawasaki GPZ 1100 and wow was it an experience! I hit turn one at BIR (Brainard International Raceway in Northern Minnesota) at 135 mph. I wish I could have had a few more laps cause I know I could have took it at 150 mph. It was a blast so I definitely know how you feel when it comes to being on a real race track! It's an amazing experience I hope more people can experience in their lifetimes cause it's such an amazing experience! There's nothing else like it!
